This 48m2 apartment is part of a residential building and is entered at ground level, but due to the cascading construction, its balcony is located on the first floor. It consists of a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room and kitchen have single sofas.
In this air-conditioned property, guests have access to free WiFi, TV, a washing machine, hairdryer, iron, vacuum cleaner, as well as a kitchen with a four-burner stove and large oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, and a kettle.

If cancelled at any time later, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged.
