Discount
For reservations for period from 01.05.2025 to 30.11.2025, for stays of 10 nights and more, discount of 10 % of total reservation is allowed.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 12 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Balcony By The Sea Apartment is located in the coastal village of Palio, near Kavala, on the shores of the Aegean Sea. Located in a quiet area, away from crowds and noise, it offers you a pleasant rest and relaxation. The nearest beach is 70m from the accommodation. As the name suggests, it has a balcony where you can enjoy the smell of summer and the sound of sea waves with an enchanting view of the sea and nature.
This apartment, which is part of a residential building and is entered at the ground floor level, but due to the cascading construction, its balcony is located at a height, can accommodate a maximum of four adults. It has a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. There is a double bed in the bedroom, while there are sofas for one person in the living room and in the kitchen.
In this air-conditioned facility, guests have at their disposal free WiFi internet, TV, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, vacuum cleaner, as well as a kitchen with a stove with four burners and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle and a toaster.
The apartment has two balconies, which are equipped with a table and chairs for sitting, and from which there is a view of the sea and the surrounding area.In front of the apartment there is a beautifully landscaped yard, with common seating.
