The complex of apartments Εgialion House offers to its visitors all the comfort they need for an unforgettable vacation in Kefalonia, the most beautiful of Ionian Islands. We welcome you to a friendly environment where you will enjoy your accommodation. Our facilities include private parking and balconies with a view of the neighbouring Fanari beach and the forest that surrounds our beautiful area. Upon arrival at the apartment, you’ll find a bottle of cold water and coffee, sugar and tea to quench your thirst and start your vacation in a beautiful way. We are always willing to give you the necessary information about how to move around the island and suggest you the best places worth seeing. Traditional villages, popular beaches, sights etc.
Apartments 101 and 104 are for up to three people. They are furnished in a classic yet modern style. The light colours and beautiful decoration create ideal conditions for accommodation. Every apartment has one double and a single bed in the bedroom, fully equipped kitchen with a table with chairs, bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, as well as a balcony with a view of the sea, Lixouri or the forest.
Apartments 102 and 103 are for up to four people. They are furnished in a classic yet modern style. The decoration is simple and pleasant, in order to create a familiar atmosphere for the guests. Every apartment has a double bedroom, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a sofa that can become one double or two single beds (depending on demand), bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, as well as two balconies with a view of the sea, the neighbouring Lixouri and the forest.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 5 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
