Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Description
Katia Villa is a spacious, modern, and luxurious villa located in an excellent location on the island of Kefalonia, just 1km from the main town of Argostoli and the tourist area of Lassi, where you can find bars, taverns, and some of the most beautiful beaches on the island.
The villa covers an area of 360m2 and spans three levels. It can accommodate up to eight people. On the middle level (ground floor at the front, first floor at the back) there is a large living room with a dining area and a large balcony with an impressive sea view. On the same level, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, one bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower cabin. On the top floor, there is the master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi. On the same floor, there are two more bedrooms with double beds and a third bathroom with a bathtub. All rooms on the first floor have access to a shared balcony with panoramic sea views. In the basement, there is a garage, a game room equipped with a billiard table, table football, and an Xbox, and from there you can also access the backyard with a pool under video surveillance.
A baby cot is available upon request.
For parking, in addition to the garage, there are two parking spaces in front of the house.
Katia Villa is located 7.1km from the airport on the island.
