Owner description
Katia is a spacious, modern and luxurious villa located in an excellent location just 1km from the islands's capital Argostoli and the tourist area of Lassi, with bars, taverns and some of the most beautiful beaches on the island.
The view of the sea and the sunset leave the strongest impression on all the guests of our villa.
The villa (360m2) has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and one toilet, a spacious living room with dining area, kitchen, laundry room and three large terraces. It's equipped with all home appliances, it has WiFi internet and a smart TV. Each bedroom opens onto a terrace overlooking the sea and the sunset. In the basement, there's a playroom equipped with billiards, table football and XBox, and. From there, you can exit to the courtyard with a swimming pool.
For car parking, there is a garage and two parking spaces in front of the house.
Katia Villa is ideal for a maximum of eight people.

Bookings
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in the price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Pozdrav, Da li postoji dostupnost za sobu za 2 osobe (ili studio ili apartman) u periodu od 8.08. na 10 noći? Ukoliko da, zamolila bih za informaciju o ceni, noćenje sa i bez doručka. Koja je udaljenost vile od plaže? Hvala unapred.
