Hotel Description

Giotis Family Villa offers a spacious duplex apartment for eight people located close to the beach in Skala Sotiros. It is a good choice for all those who want a nice accommodation in the quiet area.

Villa is 70m away from the closest beach and 400m away from the center of the village where all the shops are. In the centere there is also a town beach , better for swimming.

The apartment is located on the first floor. It has a garden view and 80m2. In both bedrooms there are double beds while in the living room there are two fold out sofa beds. One double bed is smaller than the normal size. Kitchen is equipped and it has a big fridge and a stove. In the bathroom there is a bath tub. Extra bed can not be added because the apartment can accommodate maximum eight guests.

Guests can also have their clothes washed with an extra charge. Quiet hours policy - from 15:00 to 17:30 and from 23:00 to 07:00. The owners has a water sport and diving school.

Towels and linen are being changed every three days. The guests take care of the hgyne of the apartment.

In the yard there are a table with chairs and BBQ.

The guests can park their cars in the near by streets.

Coming from Prinos turn right before the gas station EKO in Skala Sotiros and you will see the villa from your left side.

The apartment is a good choice for two families or bigger companies that want to go on vacation together.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.

Price note

In case of the late check-out (until 18:00) the guests need to pay 50% of the price of an overnight stay.
In case of the late check-out (after 18:00) the full day is charged.
