Maniaveta’s House is located in the quiet mountain village of Exanthia, on the western side of Lefkada, 11.3 kilometers from the nearest beach. A well-kept courtyard, an outdoor seating area, and distant sea views create a pleasant atmosphere for a vacation in a natural, peaceful setting. The accommodation is an excellent choice for families and groups of friends seeking extra space and tranquility, as well as a convenient base for exploring traditional villages, famous beaches, and other parts of the island.
The property is a three-level maisonette: ground floor, first floor, and attic, designed to accommodate up to six adults. The ground floor features a living room connected to the kitchen and a bathroom, while the first floor houses a separate bedroom and a second bathroom. The attic is arranged as an open-plan loft area with additional sleeping space. Both the bedroom and the loft are furnished with a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa that sleeps two.
A baby cot can be provided for the youngest guests upon request and at no extra charge. This amenity simplifies travel planning for parents and makes travel with small children more convenient.
Air conditioning is available to maintain a comfortable indoor temperature, and Wi-Fi access allows for easy internet use throughout the stay. Guests have access to two televisions with Cosmote TV channels, one located in the living room and the other in the bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with a stove featuring four glass-ceramic cooking zones and a large oven, making it suitable for preparing a wide variety of meals, including more elaborate dishes. A large refrigerator with a freezer provides ample storage space for groceries, while a dishwasher adds convenience to daily living. A coffee maker, kettle, and toaster are also provided, along with a hairdryer for added convenience.
The house features a balcony with a partial sea view, offering a pleasant spot to relax and enjoy the surrounding scenery. On the ground floor, there is a private veranda with outdoor seating ideal for morning coffee, shared meals, or simply unwinding outdoors. Guests also have access to a fenced, landscaped yard with a well-kept lawn and a shaded area, contributing to the accommodation’s peaceful and inviting atmosphere.
Small pets are welcome at no extra charge, allowing guests to bring their companions along on vacation. Please note that pets are not permitted on the beds.
Housekeeping services are provided every three days, including a change of bed linen and towels. This regular maintenance ensures a tidy and pleasant environment, allowing guests to focus more on relaxing during their stay.
The property does not have private parking; however, guests arriving by car can use street parking spaces near the house. Availability depends on current occupancy. Exanthia is a small mountain village situated on the western side of Lefkada, at an altitude of approximately 580 meters. Its elevated position offers expansive views of the surrounding slopes and the Ionian Sea, with the sunsets for which this part of the island is renowned, creating a particularly striking atmosphere. Its peaceful setting and distance from major tourist hubs make it an ideal choice for guests seeking a more relaxed holiday and a chance to explore Lefkada’s interior. Reaching the west coast beaches such as Kathisma, Avali, Megali Petra, and Kavalikefta requires a drive through mountainous terrain, making a car particularly useful during your stay. These beaches are distinguished by their turquoise waters, light-colored sand and pebbles, rocky landscapes, and dramatic natural scenery, while some also feature organized areas with sunbeds and beach bars. Exanthia serves as an excellent base for exploring the west coast, traditional villages, and other parts of the island. The accommodation is located approximately 44 kilometers from Aktion International Airport.

In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
