Owners description
Nikolas and Sofia Studios is the accommodation in the west side of the island, 12km from Lefkas and only 1,5km from the traditional seaside village of Agios Nikitas. This privileged location of being very close to all the beautiful beaches (Kathisma, Milos, Pefkoulia and Kavalikafta) makes it the perfect destination for every visitor. The accommodation offers a comfortable and friendly stay in a quiet environment surrounded by lush growth everywhere you look, perfect for families, couples and groups of friends. You’ll have a private terrace and a BBQ in a stone yard. The studios are easily accessible and have a spacious parking space.
The 2-story building consists of 14 spacious, fully-equipped studios (22m2) for 2-4 people. Each one includes one double and a single bed, fully-equipped kitchen (refrigerator, hotplates and kitchen utensils), bathroom, balcony, air conditioning and free WiFi internet.

Bookings
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in the price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

My biggest recommendation for Nikolas and Sofia Studios. Several things: 1. Location - exceptional. For everything. Best beaches (like Kathisma, Megali Petra, Kavalikefta) restaurants (Agion Nikitas, Lefkas, Amente, Fly me, Utopia). 2. The owners provided for welcome: honey, crackers, water, juices for kids. In the kitchen you have everything, literally: frappe mashine, blender, toaster, (they provided, freddo espresso, Nescafe, Greek coffee, sugar, salt all the small things you need for the kitchen even oil). 3. Parking: literally in from of your balcony, but private one, not on the street, closed one. 4 laundry with all the amenities; 5. great Wi-Fi and surprise surprise Netflix :-) 6. They clean every day! Sofia, see you next year for sure!
