Just outside the village of Katouna and only 8 km from Lefkada town there is Veramente Villas. Built in a location with nice sea view, modern aesthetics and a newly constructed building (2023) consisted of 2 luxurious villas that can accommodate up to 9 guests. Providing it’s guests peaceful stay overlooking the mountains with olive trees and in the end the magic of the Ionian sea.

Villa M consists of two buildings and in the center they have a pool. On the first building which is two floors there are 2 bedrooms a living room and a kitchen. On the first floor are 2 master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with showers. The first bedroom has a double bed (160×200) a balcony with sea view, TV and A/C. The second bedroom has 2 single beds(90×200) that also can be combined to a big double bed (180×200) with a balcony with sea view and TV and A/C. On the base floor of the first building it exist a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils in order to prepare your meals (oven, stove, kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine maker, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, fridge), a big dining room. On the living room there is a big sofa couch that can accommodate up to 2 guests. It also has a WC. Also A/C, TV, washing machine. The second building has a Master Room with en suite bathroom with shower. It has a double bed (160×200). It also has a small fridge, TV and A/C. The outdoor space has a swimming pool with hydromassage, bbq area, wifi.

The second building has a Master Room with en suite bathroom with shower. It has a double bed (160×200) and a sofa couch that can accommodate 2-3 guests. It also has a small kitchen with all the basic utensils, small fridge, TV. The outdoor space has a swimming pool with hydromassage, bbq area, wifi.

Policies

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
