This beautiful detached villa with a private saltwater pool is located just a 3-minute drive from the beautiful sandy beach of Agios Ioannis with azure blue water. There are several nice beach bars and restaurants along this beach. Villa Dioni is located on an estate along with another villa called Villa Phedra. Each villa has complete privacy, is modernly furnished and offers plenty of luxury. Both villas have a unique panoramic view of the sea and a lovely outdoor kitchen for alfresco dining. There is also a play area for children. You can enjoy unique sunsets from your balcony. The villa is surrounded by olive and orange trees . LAYOUT VILLA DIONI

On the ground floor there is an open kitchen with dining table for six people and a cozy living room with fireplace and satellite television with Netflix. From the living room you have direct access to the covered terrace outside. The ideal place for breakfast in the morning. On the ground floor there is also a laundry room with washing machine, wardrobe, ironing board, iron and vacuum cleaner. There is also a separate toilet.
Upstairs are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink and a balcony with seating for two and a view of the sea. The bathroom has a bath, toilet and sink. Bedroom 2 has two single beds, which can also be made into a double bed by means of a topper. Bedroom 3 has two single beds.

OUTSIDE AT VILLA DIONI

Villa Dioni is set amidst a 1,300 m2 garden full of flowers. Here you will experience plenty of privacy. The spacious private swimming pool (32 m2) has saltwater and is surrounded by sunbeds. There is an outdoor shower with both hot and cold water. Further on under the roof is the outdoor kitchen and barbecue with dining table. There is also a washing machine and refrigerator. Perfect for cooking outside. There is a playground for children and private parking for 1 – 2 cars.
