Description
Ionian Breeze Studios is located about 450m from the beach, about 500m from the center of the Frini settlement and about 2km from Lefkas.
After reaching the Frini settlement, turn to the right at the small church, drive for about 100m, turn left and after 200m on the left, you will encounter the villa's yard. The closest bakery and grocery store are about 500m away.
They offer air-conditioned studios (25m2) for 2-3 people, with one double or two connected single beds and an auxiliary bed (folding metal bed with a slightly thinner mattress).
Accommodation units have a fully equipped kitchen with a mini-stove with oven, large refrigerator with freezer, toaster and electric kettle, TV, bathroom and a terrace overlooking the sea or mountain, while the crib is available with mandatory booking inquiry. Replacement of bed linen and towels is performed every third day and the cleaning is daily.
Guests can use a spacious and very nice garden with sitting and dining facilities, shared barbecue and private parking. Wireless internet is available throughout the property.
Pets are allowed with a mandatory query.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Ionian Breeze Studio kao smestaj je opravdao nasa ocekivanja. Smestaj je u maloj sumi sa 16 maslina, a cela ta mala suma je u veeeelikoj sumi sa hiljadu i kusur stabala maslina. Najstarije drvo masline u sklopu apartmana ima oko 600g! Ko je ljubitelj prirode cak i ovo je dovoljan podatak. Mir tisina i blagi vetar konstantno- tek da skloni vrucinu.. Domacin je veoma ljubazan i predusretljiv da ispuni bilo kakav dodatni zahtev ako imate. Znanje engleskog mu je odlicno tako da je komunikacija lagana. Sobe ciste uredne. Kupatilo ok, tople vode non-stop. Lepa velika terasa u sklopu svake sobe. Parking u krugu ograde celog prostora medju maslinama. Ocena 10.

Interesuje nas da li imate slobodni dvokrevetni studio u periodu od 02.09. do 12.09.2019 i koja je cena.Ako je moguce poveli bi i kucu ( mala kuca kovrdzavi bison dve godine star)
