Hotel Description

Kohili Studios is located in Lefkada, 400 meters from the city center. It offers guests a small courtyard with seating and dining sets, as well as private parking.

The nearest bakery and store are about 200m away.

Kohili has four apartments for up to five people, spread over the first and second floor.

The apartments are sized from 50-55m2 and each has a double bed in the kitchen area and bedroom, as well as a sofa for two in the kitchen area, with an additional extra bed if needed. They are spacious, equipped with an air conditioning unit in each room, and two balconies.

The bathrooms have a shower cabin with a curtain. Some units have a large fridge and an oven.

All accommodation units are equipped with air conditioning, TV, kitchen, bathroom, and mosquito nets, while some also have a washing machine. Wireless internet is available throughout the property, although the quality may vary.

Bed linen and towels are changed every third day, while cleaning is done every fourth day.

Follow the path from the city center towards the Apolpena settlement, and after 400m on the right side you will see Kohili Studios.

Kohili Studios is the ideal choice for families looking for accommodation in an excellent location, close to the center of Lefkada. It is a great base for exploring the island and the beaches of the western coast. It is recommended for less demanding guests.

It all depends on what each person likes and what they expect for the money they paid for accommodation. Overall, everything was correct, except for the hygiene, which is not their strong suit.

The location is good, as is the parking. However, the beds are poor and everything is quite old; some effort is needed to improve the condition of the apartments.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
