As for my wife and me, compared to the previous accommodations we booked through an agency, we can say that we are truly delighted. We had air conditioning included in the price, a stove with an oven, a washing machine, a large refrigerator with a nice freezer, mosquito nets on the terrace, and the accommodation is close to the center of Lefkada.

This standard apartment accommodation in Greece offers everything necessary for a pleasant stay during the summer vacation. It boasts an excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from the main promenade in Lefkada and a half-hour drive from the beach on the western side of the island. The room was situated on the opposite side of the street, ensuring that there were no issues with traffic noise.

The location is good, as is the parking. However, the beds are poor and everything is quite old; some effort is needed to improve the condition of the apartments.

We are extremely satisfied with the accommodation; everything is clean, tidy, and the host is exceptionally kind. All praises!

The accommodation is excellent and met all our needs. A comfortable bed, a kitchen equipped with everything necessary, a tidy bathroom, air conditioning, and a terrace accessible from the room. The bed linens are changed every three days. Designated parking spaces are available in the courtyard and across the street. The owner is exceptionally kind, although he does not speak English, but when you communicate with him via Google Translate, he is very accommodating. The location is on the main road to the highway around the island, which is a great starting point for heading to the beaches; however, sometimes the noise from passing vehicles can be a nuisance. Overall, I highly recommend this accommodation!

We were not satisfied with the Koholija study. We had no water for two days after we arrived. The rooms were small and not very clean. There were no awnings on the terrace, and we baked under the sun all day. The dishes were old and damaged. We had no glasses or utensils.

The accommodation is satisfactory for the offered price; everything is as depicted in the pictures from the listing. The host, Kostas, and his wife are exceptionally kind and open to all kinds of arrangements. It is advisable to avoid rooms located on the main road due to noise and traffic. Shops and supermarkets are not particularly close, but everything else is fine.

We spent 7 days in this accommodation. It was nothing special. The studio was visibly dirty, and the place was infested with ants. Although we did not use the kitchen, it was greasy. We had two terraces, but neither had a sunshade. Fortunately, we had our own umbrella. The hosts were indeed kind. For such accommodation, the price of 80 euros per night is excessive. For years, we have been vacationing through Nikana and have stayed in much better accommodations for less money.

1. The 4+1 apartment in mid-July/August at a rate of 90 euros per night seems exceptionally acceptable to us. Last year, we had a similar apartment in Sarti, but this one is incomparably better for several reasons. It has at least 25 square meters more space. The separation between the hallway and the bedroom consists of real wooden doors, rather than some PVC accordion doors or similar attempts at apartments that one might encounter in Greece. There are two air conditioners, one in the bedroom and one in the living room with the kitchen (which contains one double bed and one auxiliary folding bed). The wardrobe in the separate bedroom is enormous, with plenty of drawers, and there are two nightstands beside the double bed - 80% of the shelves were empty. A wardrobe is also present in the mini hallway. We had a washing machine and two large terraces... for Greek standards, Kohili is perfectly fine. The noise from the main street is significant, but we resolved this issue by keeping the terrace facing the street closed for 10 days and the air conditioning on. The wifi was excellent for us, and the neighbors did not complain, so we are unaware of the situation throughout the accommodation.

I certainly do not recommend it! The dishes were dirty, and I found it disgusting. The terrace was exposed to the sun all day, without any awning; in the morning, you couldn't even enjoy a cup of coffee, and we had nowhere to hang our towels. Apart from the location and the kindness of the owners (an elderly couple), there was nothing else good!

Overall, the accommodation is excellent, especially considering it is one of the more affordable options in Lefkada. The owner is decent, but communication can be challenging; it is best to use a translator. The location is superb, and the only thing I would perhaps bring to the accommodation is some kitchen utensils, as there were a bit fewer than expected.

Rating 10/10. The owners are a lovely elderly couple, and the accommodation is excellent, clean, with regular changes of towels and bed linens. Highly recommend the Kohili apartment or studio, as both are exceptionally well-equipped and comfortable. I wholeheartedly recommend it, and I hope we will be guests again.

The apartment embodies a classic Greek style. It is spacious and comfortable, featuring two French beds and an additional one. Although it shows signs of age, particularly through its worn furniture, it possesses a certain charm. Two air conditioning units operate smoothly, complemented by a large refrigerator and a traditional electric stove with an oven.

Affordable... it's not bad, but they should pay more attention to the cleanliness of the apartments.

We spent four nights in a 4+1 apartment. The space was spacious, equipped with all necessary amenities, and there were two terraces. The kitchen featured a large stove, and the bathroom had a washing machine. We were more than satisfied.

The internet was also exceptionally poor, disconnecting every 5-10 minutes. Depositing funds was exceedingly complicated due to the apartment owners. Nikana performed her duties exceptionally well and deserves all the praise for it. However, due to the owners' mistake, we ended up wasting money as we unnecessarily paid the fees for sending money through Western Union twice. Nikana promised us that the money, which was unnecessarily deposited, would be refunded, but the owners did not return it to us. We were charged for accommodation taxes, yet the documents were not even collected due to the data.

Unfortunately, we are very dissatisfied with our choice of accommodation. The cleanliness was only partial (windows and mirrors were wiped with a dirty, damp cloth), and in some areas, dust had not been cleaned. Some basic items were missing from the apartment: a trash can, a laundry basket – we had to hang bags around the apartment to dispose of our waste. Additionally, the dishes in the apartment's kitchen were, to put it mildly, appalling; the issue is not the different patterns, but the fact that there were only two plastic cups, as if we were at a children's birthday party, and two small coffee cups that were meant for espresso – one cannot drink regular coffee from those cups. Throughout our entire stay, there was no cold water in the apartment! We could only shower with hot water. Furthermore, the guests who checked in a week before us also had no water – the owner's excuse was a broken pipe, which is simply impossible for that problem to last so long; there was water everywhere else, just not in our accommodation. The apartments are located right on the street, which is why there is noise from cars and motorcycles passing by constantly, although that did not bother us too much. The location of the accommodation is almost the only good thing; it is just a 5-minute walk from the promenade. The owner of the accommodation does not speak English, but he was not intrusive or anything. Nevertheless, communication was significantly hindered because of this. We will not be returning to Kohily Studios.

We were accommodated in the Koxili studio during the first half of July. The kindness of Mr. Kostas was evident throughout our stay. The studio perfectly matched the description we received at the time of booking. Each of us has our own priorities when it comes to accommodation, but what mattered most to us was having enough hot water at all times. The stove, refrigerator, and air conditioning were excellent. The hygiene was good, with linen being changed every four days, and for me, the most important aspect was that the beds were comfortable. Honestly, I care less about the fact that the plates and cups had different patterns. The kitchen was well-equipped with enough utensils. The price-to-quality ratio is realistic. The accommodation is conveniently located near the center (a 5-minute walk), and markets, pharmacies, and restaurants are easily accessible. Accommodation that I would advise against, at least in my case, was dreadful. The room where the landlord placed us seemed as if no one had stayed there for years; dirt was everywhere, and dust covered everything. Ants were crawling all over, and whenever you stay in that room, you must chase after ants due to their overwhelming numbers. On the terrace, when you step out, you're greeted by a swarm of wasps, and in the bathroom, on the last day of our stay, I found myself battling five hornets. Additionally, the most important point is that a deposit was paid and a three-bed studio was reserved, yet upon our arrival, we were given a two-bed studio, but of course, at the price of the more expensive three-bed studio. Once again, I emphasize, this accommodation should be avoided.

Spacious apartment

The hosts were very welcoming. They did not keep us waiting and immediately accommodated us in the apartment, which is greatly appreciated after a long journey. They explained where to turn off the electricity and which number to call if we had any questions. Although I was initially skeptical after reading previous reviews stating that the bedding and towels were not clean, I can say that this is false. Now I regret bringing so many towels, as they only took up space in our luggage. After two days of stay, on the third day when we returned from the beach, the bedding and towels had been changed, and toilet paper was left in the bathroom, which honestly is not common in Greece. Another pleasant surprise was the large kitchen with utensils, a big refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a stove with an oven. The bathroom also surprised us with a washing machine. Comfort and convenience like at home. Parking is available in front of the apartment. The apartment is close to the city center, near many markets and shops. I highly recommend it.

Towels and bed linens were not replaced a single time over the course of five days. Additionally, there was a strong smell of sewage coming from the bathroom. Basic cutlery was lacking.

The apartment is also equipped with a slightly older washing machine that tends to vibrate during the spin cycle, but it is useful for washing towels after a day at the beach. Overall, the combination of location, price, and quality earns a solid four out of five.

It is situated in an excellent location, very close to the center, while also being on the route to all the beaches on the western coast. The studio we stayed in was outstanding. It features two terraces; one has a small table with four chairs, and there is another table with four chairs inside the studio. The bathroom includes a washing machine, which is convenient if you wish to wash, for example, your towels that you take to the beach. The beds are comfortable, and the pillows are too. The kitchen was missing some cutlery and a few plates, but we resolved this quickly with the studio owners. The bed linens are changed every three days, which is acceptable. However, the cleanliness of the studio itself, as well as the kitchen utensils, is not at a commendable level. All of this can be addressed except for the noise. Considering that the property is located on a very busy road, the noise is nearly unbearable. Vehicles and motorcycles pass by until late at night. Fortunately, the windows are PVC with good sound insulation, so the problem is partially alleviated by closing them. The air conditioning unit resolves the heat issue. I assume the units located at the back of the property have a lesser problem with noise.

I wanted to inform you that we left Lefkas yesterday and to share a few suggestions regarding the Kohili studios. The hygiene was extremely poor; there was a noticeable smell of sewage in the bathroom, and the studio was dirty. Inside the wardrobe, there were hairs and dust, clearly indicating that it hadn’t been opened after the previous guests, not to mention the lack of cleaning. There was no proper dishware, and what little there was, was old; for example, there were two different plates but not a single spoon, etc. The drawers in the wardrobe were very difficult to open; everything was old, unmaintained, and dirty. The wardrobe looked as if it were older than Grandpa Kostas. Hairs on the floor, hairs in the shower drain... horrifying. On the first day, I bought cleaning supplies and alcohol to clean everything for myself since I am here and have no choice. The landlord waited for us by the car on the first morning after our arrival and immediately asked for money; he only knows how to say 'money' in English, clearly showing that he cares only about the money and not about the guests' satisfaction. The air conditioning was leaking onto the terrace, and we killed several large cockroaches on the terrace, so honestly, their apartments are in very poor condition and quite neglected. The neighbors next to us, a boy and a girl from Belgrade, also found everything dirty and wrote to you immediately. I love Lefkada, I enjoyed my time there, but I wanted to write this so you can draw attention to it for future guests.

The condition of the items in the apartment is not a problem, but it is so dirty and messy that I am at a loss for words. The linens and towels are filthy. The location is fine, just a five-minute walk to the center.

The cleanliness of the apartment is not at a commendable level; the towels and bed linens are not white but gray, as if they haven’t been washed, stained, and they do not smell fresh at all. The cleanliness in the apartment and the entire property is inadequate. The mattress on the bed is old, and the pillows are the same. For that amount of money, I have stayed in much more comfortable and cleaner apartments.

The studio is situated in a great location. It is cleaned every three days, which is wonderful. Regarding the furnishings, I could give a lower rating, but let's move on. My husband, son, and I received one spoon, two forks (one of which was bent), and one knife. We only had four deep plates, one frying pan, and one pot. The furniture is old, and the apartment is not as depicted in the photos, with the explanation that those are only larger apartments. All in all, we enjoyed our time at the sea, but we would not return to this accommodation.

We rented a double studio in Lefkada. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to the very center of the capital. A parking space was also provided. The studio itself is quite worn out; the shower faucet is on the verge of breaking, and the bathroom has broken and cracked tiles, giving it a very dirty appearance. We were told that the room is cleaned every three days, which was not the case for us. The hosts are very polite but speak exclusively Greek.

My friend and I stayed at this accommodation from August 27th to September 6th. Our overall impression is extremely positive. We arrived between 8 and 9 in the morning at the accommodation, while check-in is at 2 PM. As guests were leaving at that moment, they informed us that we could be accommodated in a studio within an hour, just to wait for the cleaning to be completed; during that time, we went to the nearest beach (the owner kindly offered to drive us). Instead of the double room we had booked, we received a quadruple accommodation. The hosts are kind and accommodating to all our needs. The villa is in an ideal location, just a 5-minute walk from the center; everything was within reach, the bus station is nearby, Jumbo is close... I read here about some noise; I don’t know what people are talking about, we didn’t notice anything at any moment. Regarding the dishes, we had enough of everything we needed. The air conditioning and WiFi worked perfectly, and there are mosquito nets on the windows, although we didn’t see any mosquitoes anywhere. The appearance of the room is average, a classic Greek studio, but functional, and we had everything we needed. The terrace is nice and sufficiently spacious. The villa is large and has many rooms; as I could observe, there might be differences between individual rooms, but this is our experience. I would also like to mention that the rooms were cleaned and towels were changed every 3 days, so everything was in its place. We both agreed that we would recommend this accommodation to anyone. As for Nikana, this was our first time going through them, and the communication and cooperation were excellent.

My vacation has come to an end, and I would like to express my gratitude to Nikana for the wonderful collaboration, especially to the owners of Kohyli Studio who welcomed us and showed us the studio, which was more than adequately equipped. We had everything we needed and even more. We had never had a washing machine and a hairdryer before; we didn't even need them, but they were available. They changed our linens every three days, took out the trash, brought toilet paper and soap, changed towels, and cleaned the apartment. Overall, I have nothing but positive impressions and a high opinion of both Kohyli Studio and Nikana!
