The property features ten functionally furnished studios, designed to provide guests with a pleasant and comfortable stay during their holiday.

The double studios are suitable for up to two adults. They are located on the ground, first and second floors of the building and feature a sleeping area with a double bed. Each studio also has a kitchenette and a private bathroom.

The smaller triple studio is suitable for up to two adults and one child up to 10 years old. It is located on the ground floor and consists of a sleeping area with a double bed and a single bed, a kitchenette and a private bathroom.

The remaining triple studios are suitable for up to three adults. They are located on the first and second floors of the building and feature a sleeping area with a double bed and a single bed. Each unit also has a kitchenette and a private bathroom.

The quadruple studios are suitable for up to four adults and are located on the first and second floors of the building. The sleeping area features a double bed and two single beds, which are separate in some units and joined together in others. Each studio also has a kitchenette and a private bathroom, providing guests with a functional space for a comfortable holiday.

Baby cots are not available at this property.

All accommodation units feature air conditioning, free WiFi, a TV and a hairdryer. The kitchenettes are equipped with two cooking rings, a small oven and a kettle. The double studios have a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, while the triple and quadruple studios feature a larger refrigerator with a freezer. Washing machines are available in some accommodation units.

Guests can enjoy views of the surroundings and the well-maintained garden from the balconies and verandas, which are furnished with a table and chairs.

Pets are not allowed at this property.

The studios are cleaned, and bed linen and towels are changed, every four days during the stay.

Parking is available for guests staying at the property.

It all depends on what each person likes and what they expect for the money they paid for accommodation. Overall, everything was correct, except for the hygiene, which is not their strong suit.

The location is good, as is the parking. However, the beds are poor and everything is quite old; some effort is needed to improve the condition of the apartments.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
