Marina Studios offers a pleasant and functional accommodation, ideal for a peaceful vacation near the sea, located approximately 750 m from Agios Ioannis Beach and about 1.5 km from the center of Lefkada.

Guests have at their disposal modernly equipped double studios that provide everything necessary for a comfortable stay - air conditioning, TV, free Wi-Fi, as well as a kitchenette with a fridge, a two-ring stove, a coffee maker, and a kettle. Each unit has a furnished balcony with a pleasant view of the yard and the pool.

There is also a spacious triple apartment suitable for up to three adults. The apartment consists of a separate bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a single sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchenette which, in addition to a fridge, a two-ring stove, a coffee maker, and a kettle, includes a toaster. Guests also have access to a balcony overlooking the pool, ideal for relaxation.

Within the property, there is a pool with sun loungers, perfect for refreshing during hot days, as well as a barbecue area.

Private parking is provided for guests, further enhancing the comfort of their stay.

In the immediate vicinity, just 100 meters away, there is a mini-market, making the stay even more convenient.

Booking and cancellation terms

Stays for persons younger than 12 years are not approved.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
