Pine House With Sea View is located in Frini, near Agios Ioannis beach, and is only 2.4 km from the town of Lefkas on the island of Lefkada. This accommodation is especially interesting for fans of windsurfing.
As part of this accommodation, we offer two apartments for a maximum of five adults. Air-conditioned apartments with free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV are available to guests. They have one or two bedrooms, a private bathroom with a washing machine and a hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, coffee maker, microwave and toaster.A baby cot and a parking space are available to guests as part of the price.
Pets are not allowed.
The cleaning of the accommodation and the change of bed linen and towels is done every three days.
Mornings with the smell of pine trees, a view of the sea and windmills, and pleasant summer evenings spent on the balconies of the apartments with the sunset and barbecue will make your stay more pleasant and unforgettable.
Near the accommodation is the monastery of Panagia Faneromeni, dedicated to the patroness of Lefkada.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
