Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Natura Villa is located at the entrance to Nea Flogita, if you are coming from the direction of Nea Mudanya, within a complex of villas that are in a peaceful location. The villa has a pool and a large yard and can accommodate up to twelve people. The yard of this villa is a heavenly corner, which will provide every guest with a perfect vacation.
The market is about 900m away from the villa, and at a distance of 500m, there is a shop, a cafe, a large market is at an 850m distance.
The villa has two levels. On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with two single beds each, and these rooms lead to a beautifully landscaped yard. There is also a washing machine on the ground floor. Upstairs, there is a spacious living room with a large double bed and a sofa, as well as a large and equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The living room leads to a large terrace overlooking the yard. In the yard, there is a separate building that has a large and equipped kitchen with a dining table and a separate room with a double bed and a bathroom. In front of this building, there is a gazebo with a dining table and a barbecue. Next to the gazebo, there is an outdoor, open shower and a pool with a table, chairs, and sun loungers.
The villa has two kitchens, both fully equipped, with a stove with four burners, large ovens, a microwave, large refrigerators, a dishwasher, a kettle, and a coffee maker. A high chair is also available.
The villa is air-conditioned, with one air conditioning unit in each room. Guests have access to free WiFi, a flat-screen TV (in each room), an iron, and a hairdryer. There are a total of 3 bathrooms with a shower cabin. The terrace is equipped with a seating set.
You can spend most of your time on the front veranda or by the pool, and the yard also has plenty of shade.
A baby cot can be provided upon request at no extra charge.
Guests are responsible for cleaning the accommodation units during their stay. Towel and linen change is possible upon request. The owners can provide a clean set of bed linen and towels for guests to replace themselves.
Parking space is provided for guests within the yard, which is covered by cameras.
