Our description
Villa Thanasis Zakinthinos is located in the village of Kariotes (Ligia), in a quiet place, a 2-minute walk from the sea. The property has a beautiful and landscaped courtyard, barbecue, pool with deck chairs and parasols, private parking, as well as free Wi-Fi.
The nearest bakery and shop are located about 400m away.
The accommodation is 4 kilometers away from Lefkas, the island's capital, and the center of Ligia is approximately 600 meters away.
Accommodation offers 11 units, 10 studios for 2-3 persons and one apartment for 4 persons.
Studio for two (there is only one) has one double bed and it is on the second floor. Triple studios have one double and one single bed. All studios are around 22m2.
Apartment is situated on the ground floor and has 40m2. In bedroom is one double bed and in living room there are two single beds. Apartment has equipped kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and nice garden with shade. A/C is in the bedroom while living room has fan.
An extra bed can be added to all units as needed.
All studios are air-conditioned and have a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette (small fridge and stove, toaster, kettle, dishes, utensils), plasma TV, bathroom with hairdryer.
Bed linen and towels change, as well as cleaning, is done every third day.
Yard is very nice, calm, with swimming pool, sunbeds and umbrellas, lots of shade and tables with chairs.
Privati parking is provided for all guests.
With prior consultation, the owners are allowing pets.
This property is ideal for couples, families and societies, who want to be in nature, close to the sea, in accommodation of high quality and providing excellent opportunities for a real vacation.
It is located in a very quiet environment, close to the beach and the old salt pans (no longer operational, but there are still salt water pools where salt was dried until 1971).

Owner description
Welcome to Thanasis Zakinthinos Apartments in Lygia, a beautiful, picturesque seaside village, 3km from the town of Lefkada to the East of the island.
Approximately 40 meters separates us from the sea and although the distance from the main road is about 150 meters, the peace and tranquility which are prevailing in the surroundings of the accommodation, impress the visitors. Perhaps there are no words to describe it and only if you come to the place you can see it for yourself. The small sandy beach of the village is highly recommended for swimming.
All apartments, double or triple, are equipped with a fridge, a TV, a kitchenette, and have a bathroom with shower, air conditioning, a balcony and of course access to the internet. There is also a large garden where you can enjoy a coffee or a drink by the pool and an ample private parking. The children will find the space they need in order to play comfortably and safely.
We provide all the necessary comfort so you can really feel at home here. The particularly welcoming mood, the attentive maids and the full household equipment are our first priorities. We also attend diligently to change sheets and towels every 3 days.
The market of Ligia and Karyotes is at the disposal of every visitor, as it is full of supermarkets, bakery, grocery stores and many other food stores. Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Postovani, Puni smo utisaka ,zaista smo prezadovoljni smestajem,blizu je plaze i nije daleko od Lefkasa.Mesto je mirno bez buke i zahvalno za obilazak celog ostrva.Posebno bih se zahvalila na divnom gostoprimstvu domacina.Izlazi u susret za sve sto je potrebno.Veliko hvala.Ovaj odmor je bio jedno prelepo iskustvo za pamcenje

Poštovani, Interesuje me informacija da li je slobodan smeštaj (kao i cena) u sledećim terminima: Avgust mesec - u rasponu od 05 - 23.08 na 7-10 dana za 4 odrasle osobe i 2 deteta(9 i 5 godina)? Sve vezano za smjestaj u Thanasis Zakintinos apartmanu nam se svidjelo. Apartman je uredan i funkcionalan, ciscenje kao i promjena peskira i posteljine se vrsi svaka 3 dana. Parking je veliki pa ima mjesta za sve-dvoriste je uredno, ima dosta prirodnog hlada kao i lezaljki,bazen, zidani rostilj. Vlasnik je izuzetno ljubazan. Svakako bismo dosli ponovo.

Zanima me smestaj na Lefkadi . Dvoje odraslih i troje dece (14,9,3 )godine . Zanima nas smestaj u Julu mesecu od 01.07.do 30.07. Cena apartmana za 10 dana ? Molim vas da iznos smestaja ne bude veci od 800 e. Ako apartman ima bazen to nam je plus zbog dece ❤️. Svako dobro vam zelim
