Hotel Description

Valti Houses is an accommodation on beautiful Valti beach, with golden sand, in Sykia. Designed in a modern and minimalist manner, surrounded by trees, it represents a vision of a perfect vacation for a family.

Only a non-busy street separates it from the beach. The tavern is next to it, while the nearest market is within the Melissi campsite (2km). Every day, a greengrocer passes down the street, so it’s possible to buy fresh fruits and vegetables.

Valti Houses consists of six maisonettes within the Valti Campsite. All maisonettes are identically arranged and can accommodate up to four people, two adults and two children.

On the gallery of each maisonette, there’s one double bed, while there’s a sofa bed in the room with a kitchen. The kitchenette is equipped with a mini oven with hotplates and a fridge. The bathroom has a shower with curtain. The maisonettes are air-conditioned, have a TV, internet and a terrace with a sitting set. Two maisonettes have a direct sea view, while four have side sea view. Replacement of towels and bed linen is done every sixth day, while it is possible to pay extra for the cleaning.

The yard is spacious, with plenty of natural shade. Sun beds and umbrellas on the beach can be used with a purchased drink. Private parking is also available.

There are two ways to reach Valti Houses. Driving from the direction of Sarti, turn left from the highway at the sign for the Valti Camping, then make a right on the next turn and follow the road that will take you to this accommodation located on beachfront. This road’s unpaved, so we’d recommend another way. Turn off the highway towards Sikia beach and continue straight till you reach the beach. Follow the road along the beach, pass one bay and the next is Valti beach. This accommodation is located next to the restaurant Mesogeios.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.

Price note

Minimum stay is six nights.

For visitors of the accommodation who are not staying there, the entrance to the camp is charged €10 per person.
