Avista Apartments is located just 20 meters from the beach in the center of the village of Ligia. The villa offers accommodation to guests in a studio for two people and in modern and comfortable apartments for up to five people, with a fantastic view of the sea and greenery.

The nearest bakery and shop are located within 50 meters. The property is about 6 kilometers away from the main town of the island - Lefkada.

Avista Apartments has four accommodation units:

A double studio - approximately 20m2 in size, located on the first floor and consisting of one bedroom with a double bed, a separate kitchen with a flat-top stove and refrigerator, and a bathroom. A 50m2 apartment, located on the first floor, consisting of 2 bedrooms with a double bed in one and two separate single beds in the other, a toilet, a bathroom, a kitchen with a refrigerator and stove, a terrace with a beautiful view. A 60m2 apartment, located on the first floor, containing two bedrooms with a double bed and two separate single beds, a bathroom, a large kitchen with a combined refrigerator and flat-top stove, a terrace with a beautiful view. The Georgia apartment is approximately 70m2, located on the second floor, consisting of two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), a large bathroom, a large kitchen, a living room with sofas, a terrace with a beautiful view; if needed, an additional bed can be added, so the apartment can comfortably accommodate from two to five people.

All accommodation units have a TV, air conditioning, mosquito nets, and wireless internet.

Bed linen and towels are changed every three days.

Villa Avista Apartments does not have private parking, but it is easy to find parking space around the villa.

Overall, the accommodation is not bad, although there are some minor details that could be improved. Nevertheless, considering the price, it is acceptable.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
