Our description
Grammatoula Studios is an accommodation by the main road, about 100m from the beach and about 800m from the center of Nikiana. The beach is reached by a path that leads from the yard. It is with round stones and is suitable for swimming. Guests have a parking lot and a beautifully landscaped courtyard with barbecue and outdoor seating.
There are 10 studios (25m2) for 2-4 persons in the offer, with one double, single and extra bed (metal construction with mattress of almost standard dimensions) or with double bed and bunk bed.
All units have air conditioning, wireless internet, television, kitchen (two-ring hob and small fridge with freezer), bathroom with hairdryer and terrace. Baby cot is available with the request for a reservation.
Within the unit, there is also a six bed apartment that is equipped equally as well. In this apartment there is a big fridge with a freezer and also an oven.
Cleaning is done daily, while linen and towels are changed after three nights.
Grammatoula Studios is a place of slightly older date, but is perfectly preserved and maintained. There is no reception desk, but the owners live in the villa and take care of every detail, so they are available to guests for any help or information.
Pets are allowed on request.
Grammatoula Studios is the ideal choice for families and couples because of its location, quality of service and accommodation.

Owners description
The family-run Grammatoula Studios is located only 60m away from Episkopos beach. It is surrounded by lush trees and has with a private balcony overlooking the garden or the mountain.
Studios are equipped with air-conditioner, kitchenette with cooking rings and mini-fridge, TV, en-suite bathroom with bathtub or shower and a hairdryer. Free WiFi internet and private parking are available.
Within the unit, there is also a 6 Bed apartment that is equipped equally as well. In this apartment there is a big fridge with a freezer and also an oven.
Within 800m from the property, you will find a mini-market and taverns serving Ionian sea specialities.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Pocituvani, dali ima slobodni studia za period od 15-25.08.24 Mi trebaat 3 studia za (2 vozrasni+2 deca) 1 apartman za 2 vozrasni+3 deca, Koja bi bila cena i dali bi dobile nekoj popust za rezervacija na 4sobi

Δεν έχω ξαναδεί πιο καθαρό δωμάτιο. Η κυρία Γραμματουλα και ο κύριος Δημητρης, άνθρωποι εγκαρδιοι και αληθινοί. Ακόμη και η κυρία της καθαριότητας (καθημερινή παρακαλώ), ευγενέστατη και γλυκύτατη. Τα δωμάτια είναι σε περιοχή που τα έχεις όλα κοντά. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφυλακτα

Mi smo bili zadovoljni. Smeštaj je lep i cist, kuhinja funkcionalna, kreveti dobri, domacini su ljubazni, od dvorista vodi staza kroz borovu šumicu do plaze koja ima prirodne hladovine...od centra Nikiane je udaljen 10tak minuta hoda, deo puta je uz magistralu i to je jedina "mana" ovom smestaju.
