Accommodation description

Grammatoula Studios is an accommodation by the main road, about 100m from the beach and about 800m from the center of Nikiana. The beach is reached by a path that leads from the yard. It is with round stones and is suitable for swimming. Guests have a parking lot and a beautifully landscaped courtyard with barbecue and outdoor seating.

There are 10 studios (25m2) for 2-4 persons in the offer, with one double, single and extra bed (metal construction with mattress of almost standard dimensions) or with double bed and bunk bed.

All units have air conditioning, wireless internet, television, kitchen (two-ring hob and small fridge with freezer), bathroom with hairdryer and terrace. Baby cot is available with the request for a reservation.

Within the unit, there is also a six bed apartment that is equipped equally as well. In this apartment there is a big fridge with a freezer and also an oven.

Cleaning is done daily, while linen and towels are changed after three nights.

Grammatoula Studios is a place of slightly older date, but is perfectly preserved and maintained. There is no reception desk, but the owners live in the villa and take care of every detail, so they are available to guests for any help or information.

Pets are allowed on request.

Grammatoula Studios is the ideal choice for families and couples because of its location, quality of service and accommodation.

The nearest grocery store and bakery are 400m away.

Our accommodation was exceptional, deserving all praise for its comfort and cleanliness. However, the only drawback was its location next to the main road, which caused significant noise. Nevertheless, everything else deserves commendation...

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
