Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in the price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Description
The Casa Del Mare Apartments is a luxurious seaside accommodation located in Vliho, 1km from Nidri, consisting of three accommodation units.
The room (40m2) is located on the ground floor, with a direct sea view. It can accommodate 2-4 people, ideally a family with two children, as it has one double bed and a sofa bed. It features a spacious bathroom and a kitchen counter with a refrigerator, sink, and kettle, as well as plates, glasses, and cutlery. Amenities include a TV, air conditioning, a dining table with chairs, and a large terrace with a table and chairs. Additionally, there is another balcony at the back.
The maisonette (80m2) with a sea view is located on the first and second floors, connected by internal stairs. It can accommodate 4-6 people. It has two bedrooms with a double bed each and a balcony, air conditioning, and TV, a bathroom, a toilet, a kitchen with a large refrigerator, a stove with two hot plates, utensils, and a dining table with chairs, as well as a living room with a sofa bed, air conditioning, and TV.
The two-bedroom apartment (55m2) on the ground floor can accommodate up to five people. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, while the other has two connected single beds and a sofa in the living room. Each room has air conditioning and a TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a stove with four hot plates and an oven, a small refrigerator, dining utensils, and a dining table with chairs.
Free WiFi internet is available throughout the building. Towels, bed linen, toilet paper, and shower gel are also provided. Public parking is available across the street, by the sea.
Within walking distance, you will find a mini-market, a café, and various taverns, with Nidri just a two-minute drive away. You can also visit the beaches of Geni and Desimi, which are not far.
