Owners description
Casa Del Mare Apartments is the luxurious seaside accommodation in Vlicho, 1km from Nidri, and it consists of two accommodation units.
The room (40m2) is located on the ground floor, with a direct sea view. It accommodates 2-4 people, preferably a family with two children, as it has one double bed and a sofa that easily converts into a twin bed. It has a spacious bathroom and a kitchen counter with a fridge, sink and kettle, as well as plates, glasses and cutlery. Amenities include a TV, air conditioning, dining table with chairs and a large terrace with table and chairs. Also, it has a second balcony on the backside.
The maisonette (80m2) with a sea view is located on the first and second floor, connected with an internal staircase. It accommodates 4-6 persons. It has two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a private balcony, air conditioning and a TV, one master bathroom, toilet, a kitchen with large fridge, stovetop with two rings, utensils and table with chairs, as well as a lounge with convertible sofa, air conditioning and a TV.
Free WiFi internet is available throughout the building. Towels, sheets, toilet paper and shower gel are also provided. There’s public parking across the house, in front of the sea.
Within walking distance, there is a mini-market, coffee shop and various taverns, while Nidri is a 2-minute by car away. You can also visit Geni and Desimi beach, which are not far.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
