Mvm Apartment is situated in the village of Nydri, on the eastern coast of Lefkada, within walking distance of the port and the main street lined with a variety of shops, bakeries, restaurants and bars. The closest beach is located 1.3km away.
This apartment, located on the first floor of the building and designed to accommodate up to six people, features two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two joined single beds, as well as a living room with a sofa bed for two people.
Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot can be provided.
Within this air-conditioned apartment, equipped with independent cooling units in the living room and both bedrooms, guests have at their disposal a flat-screen TV, WiFi internet, a hairdryer, a kitchen equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer, a stove with four burners and a large oven, a kettle, a toaster and a filter coffee machine.
During the warm summer days, guests can spend their time on the three balconies furnished with seating sets.
Small pets are allowed to stay in this accommodation upon request and for an additional fee.
Cleaning of the accommodation units during the stay, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every other day.
Two parking spaces are provided in front of the building for guests of the accommodation. Additionally, there is a large public parking lot nearby.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
