Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Nidri Hills Villa is located in the town of Nidri and offers a stunning view of the Ionian Sea. With a private pool, beautifully landscaped garden, barbecue, and spacious terraces, it is ideal for a relaxing vacation with family or friends. It is within walking distance from the center of Nidri, where you can find restaurants, shops, and local attractions.
This modern villa provides comfortable accommodation for up to nine adults. It is designed as a two-level maisonette, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor. Three of the bedrooms are equipped with double beds, while the fourth bedroom features one double bed, a single sofa bed, a kitchenette, and a private bathroom. On the first floor, there are two living rooms, a spacious kitchen, and a guest toilet.
A baby cot is available upon request and at an additional charge.
This air-conditioned accommodation is equipped with AC units in all rooms, offering free WiFi, a satellite TV in the living room and one of the bedrooms, a fan, a hairdryer, and a washing machine. The fully equipped kitchen includes a large stove with four ceramic hobs, a microwave, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee machine. Additionally, the kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner stovetop and kitchenware for preparing light meals.
