Amelie Sea View Apartments is situated in Nidri, one of the most picturesque resorts in Lefkada. It is located near the beach and the center of Nidri, offering accommodation for two to four people. Private balconies with sea views and the surrounding islands further enhance the pleasant stay. The property features a beautifully landscaped courtyard that guests are free to use.

The accommodation is approximately 350m from the nearest beach and about 1km from the center. A bakery and a grocery store are few minutes’ walk from the property.

Perched above the main road, on an elevation reached by a fairly steep hill.

The property offers a total of eight accommodation units, which can accommodate from two to four people - six studios and two apartments. Three studios are located on the first floor, three on the second, while one apartment is on the first and the other on the second floor.

Studios for two people (25m2) feature either one double bed or two single beds.

Studios for three people (28m2) include one double and one single bed or three single beds.

The apartments for four people with a separate bedroom (35m2) have one double bed and a sofa for two.

All units are equipped with air conditioning, TV, WiFi, hairdryer, iron, and mosquito nets. The apartments have an additional air conditioning unit and a safety deposit box. The kitchens are equipped with a two-ring stove, a fridge with a freezer compartment, an electric kettle, and a coffee maker. A baby cot is available upon request. All units have a private balcony with seating area and views of the sea and the surrounding islands.

Cleaning of the units is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days. Laundry service is available at an extra charge.

The property has a private parking with a limited number of spaces.

The peaceful ambiance and excellent location make this accommodation a suitable choice for couples and families, as well as for those who wish to enjoy a holiday while having amenities and activities within easy reach.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
