Our complex Filoxenia Apartments features fully equipped studios and apartments with a kitchen, bathroom, balcony, TV and air conditioning in Nikiana. Enjoy the sea and the magnificent beaches (Kathisma, Porto Katsiki, Egremni, Agios Nikitas, Mikros Gialos, Nikiana and Perigiali), visit the Lefkas town, villages Karya, Vassiliki, Nidri and Agios Nikitas and the Princess Islands (Meganissi, Scorpios, Sparta, Madouri, Chelones and Tsokara) for a memorable holiday experience.
Air-conditioned duplex apartment consists of a kitchen and sitting-room area, two bedrooms with one double and a single bed in each, bathroom, refrigerator, sink, kitchen and a spacious sea-view balcony with table and chairs. It's ideal for families with children.
Air-conditioned double studios (A4 and A5) consist of the sleeping area (one double or two single beds), bathroom, refrigerator, sink, kitchen and a balcony with table and chairs. They're ideal for couples or two adults.
Air-conditioned triple studios (A3 and A6) consist of the sleeping area (one double and one single bed), bathroom, refrigerator, sink, kitchen and a balcony with table and chairs. They're ideal for a family with a child or three adults.

Bookings
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in the price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Good afternoon I was checking on different sites and I found your vilastructure ( the filoxenia apartments Nikiana ) but with different prices which make me a little bit confused. Please can you send me your best price as follows. ( in total 6 or 7 nights ) check in on 25/07/2022 check out 31//07/2022 or plus or minus 1 day In total we are 3 families from Albania first family - 2 adults + 2 childrens ( 10 and 13 years ) second Family - 4 adults third family - 2 adults In total 8 adults + 2 childrens If possible you can offer us 1 room and 2 apartments or 1 apartment for 6 persons with minimum 2 bedrooms and sofa for 2 childrens in kitchen + 1 apartment for 4 persons This is up to you Please give us your best price as above ( possibly included with any tax ) .
