The Fanis accommodation is excellently located. The natural shade is superb. The sea is so close that it feels as if you are swimming in the courtyard. Everything is perfect for a peaceful retreat, especially for families with small children.

The apartment for six people with two bedrooms is modestly furnished but exceptionally clean and comfortable. It features a large terrace overlooking the sea and olive groves in the yard. A private beach is located in the yard, the sea is calm and clear, and there are sun loungers and natural shade available for all guests. The host is very kind and unobtrusive. Our experience was truly delightful, and we would gladly return to this accommodation. The furniture is simple and somewhat dated, but what mattered most to us was cleanliness and spaciousness, as well as the proximity of the beach, which could not be closer :). A tip for anyone coming here is to bring water shoes, as the stones can be a bit rough, but there are also sandy areas where one can easily enter the water. There are showers in the yard for those who dislike salt on their skin :) Both rooms are equipped with a TV and air conditioning, and the terraces have awnings that can be lowered during the day to prevent the sun from heating the rooms. The kitchen has a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, but we found that a larger knife and a cutting board were missing. You must bring (or buy) a sponge and dish detergent, as well as dish towels. We have no complaints, as everything that was lacking was easily obtainable. The internet is weakest in the rooms and fastest on the terrace and beach, which was good since we spent all day outdoors. The rooms offer ample storage space with wardrobes and drawers. All apartments face the sea. The location is excellent as it is not a large place with too much crowd, and Lefkas (where Lidl is located) and Nidri (from where we took boat trips) are very close. The supermarket is just a five-minute walk away. Overall, for those who do not seek luxury and value proximity to the beach, this is highly recommended.

The apartments are situated in an excellent location with a beach in the courtyard and free sunbeds. The price-to-quality ratio is outstanding, and the owner is friendly and unobtrusive. My only complaint pertains to Serbian tourists who are accustomed to leaving their towels on the beach overnight in Sutomore, and they do the same here, leaving their towels overnight and throughout the day, even though they do not stay on the beach constantly.

The villa is situated in an excellent location, with a bakery and butcher shop directly across the street, and several stores just a few minutes' walk away. Next to the villa, there is a beach bar and a restaurant. Nikiana is a small place, but it has everything you need. For a stroll, Nidri or Lefkas are nearby, which is perfectly fine. Regarding the accommodation itself, it is evident that everything is due for renovation, although everything is functional. The rooms are spacious enough, the wardrobes are enormous, and the terrace is also large; we enjoyed our evenings there. The courtyard is great, providing ample space for sitting and relaxation. The beach is small, but it served us well. The only downside was a small channel on the beach that some guests noted was draining from a septic tank. I am not sure if that is true, but on the fifth day, when we swam in that part of the beach, the children started to vomit, and then it went around in a circle.

An exceptional accommodation. The comfort, convenience, and the kindness of the hostess are outstanding. This is the best place for relaxation and to indulge in the charms of the Ionian Sea. You are just a few steps away from the beach. You have complete freedom and enjoyment. Natural shade. Everything deserves a perfect score.

The location is perfect. From the room, you step out into the courtyard, which leads directly to the beach. For me, from now on, this is the only way to vacation.

The two-bedroom apartment on the ground floor where we stayed is exceptionally comfortable and spacious, with very cozy mattresses. The furniture may be old, but for us as a family, luxury on vacation is not a priority; what truly matters is the time spent on the beach with family, which is just a few steps away from the room where we sleep. In August, we didn’t even turn on the air conditioning. The owner, Anastasia, is phenomenal, the location is excellent, the beach is clean and well-maintained, and the yard is beautiful and filled with children. Our rating for everything is not a five, but a perfect ten!

The kitchen - the stove is very poor, it works, but barely; there is little cookware, while the refrigerator is good. However, the price is high compared to the comfort offered in the apartment.

The apartment is located right on the beach, and the courtyard remains shaded for most of the day. Our apartment featured a separate kitchen, meaning you exit the apartment to enter the kitchen, which is in another room, presenting both advantages and disadvantages. The kitchen is excellently equipped, with a larger refrigerator and stove, ample dishes and cutlery, and more than enough supplies. The furniture is older but functional. Someone mentioned in a review that the bathroom needs renovation; however, regarding our apartment, it did not require renovation but merely regular maintenance, ensuring that the toilet seat is not broken, the cistern functions properly, and the curtain is not wrinkled. If you wish to take an evening stroll, you must head to Lefkada or Nidri, as there is nowhere to go in Nikiana.

The accommodation is situated in an excellent location between Lefkada and Nidri, featuring a private beach that is perfect for a true getaway without the crowds. It is exceptionally comfortable and clean.
