Hotel Description

Fanis Apartments is accommodation on the beach in Nikiana, Lefkada. It offers family studios and apartments which are very well equipped and the offer conditions for perfect holiday. All the contents of Nikiana are few minutes away, parking is provided and garden is full of shade.

The house exits directly to the beach and from first market and bakery is only 100 meters.

Accommodation offers 11 units, 5 apartments and 6 studios and they are distributed in 3 buildings.

Apartments are spacious (50m2), they have two bedrooms and can accommodate maximum six persons. Each bedroom have one double and one single bed. Also, in each bedroom there is A/C and TV.

Studios (20m2) are triple but they can accommodate up to 4 persons because one extra bed can be added (only for smaller children).

All rooms have equipped kitchen (stove with oven, big fridge, toaster) and they all have sea view.

Units on the upper floor have mosquito nets. Units on the floor have balconies while units on the ground floor have veranda with table and chairs.

Cleaning is done in arrangement with the clients. Usually is done every 4th day, together with change of towels and linen but if clients don’t want the cleaner coming inside their room, the owners can give them all they need so they can clean by themselves.

From the back side of the house, there is a parking while in front of the house there are parts with lawn and shade.

All the guests have their own sunbeds on the beach. It can happen for guests from apartment to have less sunbeds- if they are 6 sometimes they will get 4, but only if it’s crowded.

With prior consultation, you can also bring your pet with you.

If you want directly from your room to get to the beach, and to have all the contents very close, Fanis is an excellent choice.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
