Accommodation description
Fanis Apartments is located right on the beach in the village of Nikiana on Lefkada. Guests are offered family studios and apartments, fully equipped for a pleasant and carefree stay. All amenities in the village are just a few minutes’ walk away, and guests have access to parking and a beautifully landscaped courtyard with plenty of natural shade.
The accommodation overlooks the beach, and is only about 100 meters away from the center, the nearest bakery, and market.
There are thirteen accommodation units available, five apartments and eight studios, which are distributed in three buildings, on the ground floor and the first floor.
The studios (20m2) are triple, with one single and one double bed, and can accommodate up to four people as an extra bed can be added for a child.
The apartments (50m2) are spacious, with two separate bedrooms and can accommodate up to six people. Each bedroom has one double and one single bed. Each bedroom has air conditioning and a TV.
All accommodation units have a fully equipped kitchen, a small stove with three burners and a small oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and some rooms also have a toaster. Units on the upper floor have mosquito nets. A baby cot is available upon request.
The property features a beautifully landscaped courtyard with flowers and trees that provide pleasant shade. Guests have access to a shared barbecue and gazebo, as well as free sun loungers.
Cleaning and change of bed linen and towels is done every four days. In case guests do not want their room to be entered, the owners can provide everything necessary.
Pets are allowed on request.
Private parking is provided for all guests.
If you want to step directly from your accommodation to the beach, while shops, restaurants, and other amenities are within easy reach, Fanis is an excellent choice for a relaxed and carefree vacation.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
