Our description
One of the most popular accommodations for VasilikiIlios Studios are located 20m from a small rocky beach (round stones and gentle access). It has studios and apartments that can accommodate 2-5 people. Although in a quiet environment, the accommodation is close to the center of Vasiliki. It is perfectly maintained and hygiene is at a very high level.
Ilios studios are about 500m from the center and 800m from Vasiliki city beach and about 2km from the fantastic Agiofili beach.
The nearest grocery store and bakery are 400m away.
The accommodation consists of four three-bed studios measuring approximately 23m2, with double and single beds; and a five-bed apartment of about 45m2, with a double bed in the bedroom and three single beds in the kitchen area.
All accommodation units in the villa have air conditioning, wireless internet, TV, kitchen (two-ring grill and small fridge with freezer, only the apartment has a large fridge), electric kettle, safe, bathroom and terrace overlooking the sea.
Housekeeping is provided daily, and linen and towels are changed every third day.
Private parking does not exist, but parking is easy to find nearby, even in high season.
Guests can contact the owners for a small reception downstairs for help or information.
Ilios Studios is a good choice for all travelers who want excellent accommodation with an ideal location, in a quiet environment but close to the city center.

Owners description
We welcome you to Vasiliki and to the site of Ilios Studios (Ilios = Sun). We are located at the south part of the island of Lefkada, 38km away from the capital.
Kolyvata is the name of the region where the studios are located, 300m from the center of the village, right in front of a small bay.
Ilios Studios has 5 comfortable rooms, all individually air-conditioned, with free WiFi, satellite television, refrigerator. We offer service to make you feel at home all through your stay. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the village center. There is a small bay just in front of the studios.
Comfort, cleanliness and taste are the main features of our studios. They can accommodate up to 5 people. They are all equipped with: A/C, TV, refrigerator, kitchenette with all kitchen utensils, kettle, private bathroom. The balconies are spacious with a stunning view of the small bay, which is exactly in front of the house.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
