Description
Agrilida Villa is a newly built property located in Vasiliki, in a peaceful location, approximately 600m from the main beach (pebbles and easy water access), about 750m from the town center, and around 1km from the fantastic sandy beach of Pondi. The accommodation offers private parking for all cars and a shared barbecue in the garden with seating sets. Wireless internet is available in all rooms.
The nearest store and bakery are located 300m away.
Agrilida Villa consists of two separate two-story cottages, each measuring 100m2, each with a private pool with sun loungers. They can accommodate up to five adults or four adults and two children.
The houses consist of two bedrooms upstairs (a double bed in one and two connected single beds in the other), two bathrooms, a living room, and a lounge area with a sofa bed for up to one adult or two children.
In the basement of both maisonettes, there is a room with a washing machine, ironing board, storage space, and a laundry drying area.
There is also a fully equipped large kitchen (large stove with oven, large fridge, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, microwave, complete cutlery and equipment), as well as a balcony and a furnished terrace for complete enjoyment.
All bedrooms have an LCD SAT TV and air conditioning.
Cleaning is done daily, and bed linen and towels are changed every third day of your stay.
Guests have access to private parking.
It is ideal for all travelers who want excellent accommodation in a peaceful location and an excellent base for exploring the island and its most beautiful beaches of Lefkada.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
