Accommodation description
Agrilida Villa is a newly built property located in Vasiliki, in a peaceful location, approximately 600m from the main beach (pebbles and easy water access), about 750m from the town center, and around 1km from the fantastic sandy beach of Pondi. The accommodation offers private parking for all cars and a shared barbecue in the garden with seating sets. Wireless internet is available in all rooms.
The nearest store and bakery are located 300m away.
Agrilida Villa consists of two separate two-story cottages, each measuring 100m2, each with a private pool with sun loungers. They can accommodate up to five adults or four adults and two children.
The houses consist of two bedrooms upstairs (a double bed in one and two connected single beds in the other), two bathrooms, a living room, and a lounge area with a sofa bed for up to one adult or two children.
In the basement of both maisonettes, there is a room with a washing machine, ironing board, storage space, and a laundry drying area.
There is also a fully equipped large kitchen (large stove with oven, large fridge, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, microwave, complete cutlery and equipment), as well as a balcony and a furnished terrace for complete enjoyment.
All bedrooms have an LCD SAT TV and air conditioning.
Cleaning is done daily, and bed linen and towels are changed every third day of your stay.
Guests have access to private parking.
It is ideal for all travelers who want excellent accommodation in a peaceful location and an excellent base for exploring the island and its most beautiful beaches of Lefkada.

The hosts are friendly, the villa is excellent, and it has everything one needs, except for a pool. The only drawback is the distance from the nearest beach.

We received more than we expected! Elia Villa is a perfect choice, as it has absolutely everything – not just for vacationing, but for living. Located about a 15-minute walk (or a few minutes by car) from the center, gently uphill overlooking the bay, tucked away from the road, among the orchards of neighboring houses, surrounded by the fragrant greenery of conifers and deciduous trees of the surrounding hills. Both villas are relatively new (which is quite evident), the parking space is sufficient for more than two cars, and the barbecue in the backyard is serious, beautifully built, with a sink; the stone fence of the yard is not entirely finished, but that absolutely does not affect its beauty and does not diminish the overall impression. The villa where five of us stayed (not the one whose photos are on the website – although we did visit it; we had great neighbors :) ) is fully equipped with everything necessary, warm, modernly styled, with a TV and air conditioning in every room, PVC windows and screens on all doors – not because the mosquitoes are unbearable, but as an additional detail of the equipment, and the tiniest details of the interior contributed to making us feel at home – the colors of the rooms, pictures on the walls, bedspreads, lamps on the nightstands, details everywhere… and everything is clean, new, comfortable, beautiful (towels and bedding changed every three days and cleaning). The living room opens onto two terraces (one larger with a table and chairs for enjoyment and one smaller, on the side), has a fireplace and a sofa + 2 armchairs + a dining table with 4 chairs. A spacious kitchen with all small kitchen appliances, an oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, dishes, cloths, garbage bags, dishwashing detergent… 2 bathrooms (not one WC and one bathroom!) - one on the ground floor, the other upstairs. 2 bedrooms upstairs open onto a large shared terrace and have more than enough space, wardrobes, hangers, shelves, drawers… + a terrace with 4 sun loungers. Washing machine + ironing board + iron + cleaning supplies + hairdryer, with a diffuser + … The owner is a cheerful older Greek (speaks English) who unobtrusively took care of the cleanliness of the house and as a good host, brought us his products as gifts a couple of times - wine, tomatoes, onions,… he even gifted us a rose before we left, from the bush in the yard :). Incredible peace, the sound of cicadas during the day, in the evening a dark starry carpet in the sky… morning coffees, breakfasts, dinners, gatherings on the terrace… we truly enjoyed! With the unreal colors of the beach, sky, sea, landscape… this villa with its amenities was more than just accommodation and certainly enhanced the atmosphere of our holiday on an island where not everything is geared towards tourism.
