Captain Fotis just 30m away from the sea. It offers spacious and bright duplex apartments that are fully furnished and equipped and offer beautiful view of Vassiliki Bay. Accommodation is the right choice for families as it can accommodate 4-5 people.
Villa Captain Fotis is located in Pondi, about 60m from the fantastic sandy beach of Pondi and 800m from the center of Vasiliki.
The nearest grocery store and bakery are 100m away.
It offers apartments for 4-5 persons with two separate bedrooms, about 50m2 in size, with double beds in both bedrooms and a sofa in the kitchen area.
All accommodation units have air conditioning, wireless internet, a television, a kitchen (oven with stove, kettle and fridge with chamber) and a terrace or veranda overlooking the sea.
The reception does not exist, but the owners live in the villa and are available to guests for any help or information.
The apartment is cleaned daily, with linen and towels changed twice a week.
Captain Fotis Villa is an ideal solution for families and all travelers who want good and comfortable accommodation close to the fantastic Pondi Beach.
You will reach the villa by entering Vasiliki, passing the SPetrol pump, turning right at the first intersection and driving another 120m to the next intersection. Turn right towards Pondi town and beach, drive another 800m straight until you come to Captain Fotis on the right.

Captain Fotis Villa is located in Lefkada in the picturesque village of Vasiliki, one of the most popular windsurfers in the world. Vassiliki is famous for its enchanting beaches and the small harbour with its colourful fishing boats, where guests can take carefree strolls and gaze at the Ionian Sea.
The accommodation consists of spacious and bright apartments, fully furnished and equipped with all the comfort and offering a wonderful view of Vassiliki bay. This is an ideal stay for families since they can accommodate 4-5 people.
Captain Fotis Villa runs from May to October, as well as on weekends throughout the year.

Bookings
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in the price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
