Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Eleni's House is located in the center of the peaceful resort of Vasiliki, just 200 m from the beautiful beach. The property offers pleasant and comfortable studios in a quiet setting with a nicely arranged courtyard that creates a relaxing atmosphere. Thanks to its warm ambiance and ideal location, it is an excellent choice for a laid-back summer holiday.
The property features ten comfortable studios, located on the ground floor and the first floor of the house.
The smaller studios can accommodate up to two adults. Each unit consists of a kitchenette, bathroom, and sleeping area, which may have either two joined single beds or two separate single beds.
The larger studios are designed to accommodate up to three adults. They consist of a kitchenette, bathroom, and sleeping area, which may feature a double bed or two joined single beds, as well as an additional single bed.
A baby cot is available upon request and free of charge.
This air-conditioned accommodation is equipped with air conditioning units in all studios. Guests have access to free WiFi and a TV, while a hairdryer is available on request. The kitchenette includes a stovetop with two burners, a small oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, while some units also feature an electric kettle.
