Casa Demi Apartments is a practical and comfortable accommodation located in the resort of Vasiliki on the island of Lefkada, renowned for its crystal-clear waters and breathtaking natural beauty. Situated just 340 m from the nearest beach and 120 m from the resort center, it provides the perfect escape from everyday life and an excellent setting for a relaxing holiday characterized by the deep blue waters of the Ionian Sea.

The property consists of two apartments. Both are situated on the ground floor; however, due to the building being constructed on sloping terrain, one of the apartments is positioned at first-floor level on the opposite side of the property. Each apartment features a living room, a separate bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom, and can accommodate up to four adults. Guests are provided with a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed for two in the living room.

A baby cot is included in the price and can be provided upon prior request at the time of booking.

To ensure a pleasant stay during the hot summer months, both apartments are equipped with central air conditioning. Guests also have access to two Smart TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, as well as WiFi internet, allowing them to enjoy their favorite digital content throughout their stay. The kitchen is suitable for preparing meals and includes a stove with four ceramic hobs and a large oven, a full-size refrigerator with a freezer, a coffee machine, a toaster, and an electric kettle. A washing machine, a hairdryer, and a safety deposit box are also available for guests’ convenience.

Guests can enjoy the fresh air and peaceful atmosphere of this enchanting Ionian island on their private balcony. One apartment has direct access to its private balcony, while the private balcony of the second apartment is located on the first-floor level and is accessible exclusively via an external staircase. Both balconies are furnished with outdoor dining sets, making them ideal for relaxing or enjoying meals outdoors.

Pets are not permitted at this property.

Housekeeping, as well as bed linen and towel changes, are provided every third day. Should guests require these services more frequently, they can be arranged for an additional charge.

Each apartment comes with one private parking space, making Casa Demi Apartments an excellent choice for guests planning to explore the island by car. Its location is particularly convenient, as the property is only 14 km from Porto Katsiki Beach and 17 km from Egremni Beach, two of the most famous beaches not only on Lefkada but in all of Greece. The nearest international airport is located in Preveza, 59 km away.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 20% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
