Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Tonia's Sea Studios offers pleasant and functional accommodation in the very center of Leptokaria, a popular resort on the coast of the Aegean Sea. Thanks to its perfect location, the beach and all important amenities are just a few minutes' easy walk away. The accommodation units are neat and well-maintained, ideal for families and couples seeking a peaceful and comfortable summer vacation. Leptokaria is located at the foot of the majestic Mount Olympus and is known for the combination of mountain freshness and sea climate. This unique combination creates exceptional weather conditions, which is why Leptokaria is rightfully considered a natural air spa, perfect for relaxation and stay during the warm months.
The offer includes triple studios located on the ground floor, first, or second floor. They are intended for a maximum of three adults. They consist of a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom. They have a double bed and a single bed or three single beds.
In the 2026 season, only three rooms are available.
Upon request, a baby cot is available free of charge.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi, TV, as well as a kitchenette for preparing light meals, equipped with a burner stove and a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
Depending on the floor where the accommodation unit is located, guests have access to a balcony or veranda, furnished with a seating set, ideal for relaxation and enjoyment.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for cleaning, while the replacement of bed linen and towels is done halfway through the stay for reservations longer than ten days.
