Vila Elia Rooms are modern and comfortable studios located in the resort of Leptokaria, in the region of Olympiaki Akti. Located at only 80 m distance from the beach and in the very center of the resort, they represent a unique place for a carefree family or friends vacation, in one of the most visited regions of northern Greece.

This facility consists of two-bed, three-bed and four-bed studios, located on the ground floor and on the first floor. All studios contain an open sleeping area with a kitchen. In the two-bed studio, guests are accommodated on a double bed, in the three-bed studios, in addition to the double bed, there is also a single bed, while in the four-bed studio there is a double bed and a sofa for two guests.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned, and guests are also provided with a flat screen TV and wireless internet. The kitchen is suitable for preparing light meals and contains a stove with two glass-ceramic hotplates, a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a kettle.

Guests can enjoy themselves during the pleasent summer morning or evenings on the balcony or on the porch, depending on the floor level. All balconies and porches are equipped with seating furniture, allowing guests to enjoy the time spent outdoors, with the sounds of the waves and the smells of the nearby sea.

It is not possible to stay with pets in this facility.

Cleaning services and replacement of bed linen and towels are not provided. Guests are supposed to take care of the hygiene of the apartment themselves during their stay.

Private parking is not provided for this accommodation, and guests can park their vehicles in the surrounding streets, since the street where the accommodation is located is quite narrow.

Villa Elia Rooms is the perfect choice for all those who measure the quality of their vacation by the proximity of the beach and the ability to forget about daily transportation planning, since all necessary facilities are within walking distance from this accommodation. Should guests, however, decide to explore this region further, it is important to note that this accommodation is located 11 km from the picturesque village of Litochoro, 23 km from Katerini, the largest town in the area, and that the nearest international airport in Thessaloniki is 115 km away.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
