Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Description
Studio ZOE is located in the eponymous villa in the town of Olympic Beach, a resort at the foot of Mount Olympus. The place is suitable for a peaceful family vacation, offering all necessary amenities and a large sandy beach that is 250m away from the accommodation.
The studio is designed for a maximum of four people. It is located on the second floor of the building, which has an elevator.
In this accommodation, guests have at their disposal an air conditioning unit (included in the price), WiFi internet, TV, hairdryer, as well as a kitchen equipped with a mini stove, large refrigerator, and complete tableware. The terrace is furnished with a seating set.
Parking space is not provided, but there is a large free parking nearby.
The stay of small pets is possible upon request with an additional charge of 50€ per reservation.
An extra set of towels is charged at 7€, while an extra set of bed linen is charged at 8€ per set.
