Description
Smitran Studio is located in a small village at the foot of Mount Olympus, Paralia Katerini, 400m away from the beach.
The studio, situated on the third floor of a building with an elevator, is designed to accommodate three adults or two adults and two children, as it features a double bed and a sofa for two.
Within this air-conditioned studio, guests have access to a flat-screen TV with cable channels, Wi-Fi internet, a hairdryer, mosquito nets, a kitchen equipped with a standard fridge with a freezer compartment, two ceramic hobs, an electric kettle, and a Dolce Gusto coffee maker. The bathroom includes a shower cabin.
From the balcony, furnished with a seating set, guests can enjoy views of the mountains and the street.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation with prior arrangement.
Guests are responsible for cleaning the unit, as well as changing the towels provided in the additional set available. Bed linen is changed every five days.
Parking is available in front of the building or in the surrounding streets.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 10 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
