Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

The apartment is situated on the first floor of a newly constructed building with an elevator, and it accommodates up to four people. It consists of a living room, kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom. The living room includes a sofa bed for two people, while the bedroom features a double bed.
A baby crib is available upon request at no additional cost.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, which has an AC unit in the living room, guests have access to free Wi-Fi, a TV with satellite channels both in the living room and the bedroom, a hairdryer, as well as a kitchen equipped with a single ceramic cooktop, a large oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a toaster.
