Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 10 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Meli Studio is located in the resort town of Paralia, just 60 meters from the beautiful sandy beach. This charming, pet-friendly studio offers a cozy atmosphere for a summer holiday near the sea.
The studio is situated on the third floor of a residential building without an elevator and can accommodate up to three adults.
It consists of a living area with three single beds, a kitchenette, and a bathroom.
This air-conditioned accommodation offers guests free Wi-Fi, a TV with satellite channels, a hairdryer, and a kitchenette equipped with two hot plates, a small oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
