Hotel Description

Anna Villa is located in a quiet part of the traditional village of Agios Nikolaos. This spacious 3-bedroom apartment is ideal for one or two families or a group of friends. The beautiful sandy beach Trani Ammouda, with a long shallow, is less than 10 minutes away by car (3,5km).

The village center is about 500m away and there you’ll find taverns with nice food, bakery and supermarket.

This stone house was built in 2008 but renovated and opened for reservations since 2018. It’s also available for rent during the winter.

The owners live on the upper floor, so only the ground floor with its own entrance is for rent. It’s a large apartment for six people, with three bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen, pantry, bathroom and a terrace. The first bedroom has two single beds, TV and exit to the terrace, the second has one double bed and a TV, while the third bedroom has one double bed narrower than the standard. In the living room, there are two sofa beds, TV and air conditioning, the kitchen is fully equipped, with an electric kettle, coffee machine, stove, large fridge and a small freezer. In the pantry, there’s a washing machine, iron and ironing board, while the bathroom is equipped with a built-in shower cabin. The covered terrace is fitted with a sitting set.

In front of the terrace, there’s a small courtyard with a moving grill. Private parking is in within the courtyard with space for two cars.

Towels and bed linen replacement is after three days.

After entering Agios Nikolaos village, make a left at the first junction. Continue ahead, then turn into the second street on the left and after a few meters, you will see this villa on the left.

If the proximity of the beach is not a priority, and you’re looking for a spacious apartment just for yourself, Anna Villa can be a proper choice.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
