Accommodation description
Paradise Apartments is located at the entrance to Agios Nikolaos, in a landscaped yard, and is a great choice for those who want to spend a peaceful holiday.
Accommodation is about 2 km away from Trani Ammouda beach, which is one of the most beautiful beaches in that part of Sithonia, and about 250m away from the square with supermarkets and taverns.
It offers two apartments. Apartment no. 1, which can accommodate a maximum of six persons, is located on the high ground floor, it has a double bed in the bedroom, while the room with kitchen has a sofa and two folding armchairs. Apartment no. 2 (not available for the 2026 season), can also accommodate up to six persons and is located on the high ground floor, it has a double bed in one bedroom, has two single beds in the other one, and has a sofa in the room where the kitchen is.
Both apartments are air conditioned, have mosquito nets, TV and internet, equipped kitchens with large refrigerator and stove, bathrooms with large bathtub, washing machine and hair dryer. Changing of bed linen and towels, as well as cleaning, is done every four days.
In the landscaped yard there is a summer house that guests can enjoy when they are not on the beach, there is also a guaranteed parking space and a shared barbecue.
Paradise Apartments can be a good choice for guests who care about the equipment of the apartment, and the proximity of the beach is not crucial to them when choosing accommodation.

We spent a wonderful holiday at the Paradise Apartments villa in Agios Nikolaos, in a quiet and charming village whose location is ideal between Nikiti (9 minutes) and Vourvourou (16 minutes), near the famous Karidi Beach (17 minutes), which is perfect for families with small children, with a long shallow stretch that extends up to about 30 meters from shore, where we spent most of our vacation. The villa is spacious, neat and well equipped, and the parking is undercover. We stayed in a comfortable, impeccably clean apartment for five. We had a spacious terrace with a table and chairs, a large kitchen well equipped with appliances and crockery, a baby high chair, a cozy living room, and two bedrooms with TVs and access to separate terraces; one room has a double bed and a single bed, the other a double bed and a cot (which we requested). There was also a storage room with a washing machine, an ironing rack for shoes, and a guard rail for the large bed for children... very comfortable, well organized and tailored to guests' needs. We would especially praise the hostess Ana and her husband, who were incredibly kind and attentive; they are more than hosts — they are friendly, good-hearted people you would wish to meet more of! Ana even sent us lunch for the kids from time to time, sweets and small treats in a basket that she lowered to us with a rope from her terrace, a very charming gesture. Whenever she saw us, she would tell us to ask for whatever we needed, more towels, etc. The host, Ana's husband, runs a boat rental business. You don't need a driver's license, and if you don't feel up to driving, they offer trips with their skipper to Diaporos island :) We didn't try it as the children were still small, but I am sure it would be an unforgettable experience. We'll try! Nearby the villa there are also ideal beaches Livrohio, Trani Ammouda (7 minutes). The host's recommendation for a windier beach is Akiti Koviou (11 minutes) near Nikiti; we've been there several times, it also offers a perfect sunset and we avoid wind and waves :) All in all, this was an unforgettable experience and we definitely recommend this villa for a holiday, 10/10.
