Hotel Description

Platia House is an accommodation in the village of Agios Nikolaos, about 3km from the beautiful beach of Trani Ammouda in Ormos Panagias. It is located in the center of the town, in a quiet location near all the contents and can be a good choice for guests for whom proximity to the beach is not of crucial importance when choosing accommodation for their vacation.

The nearest beach, which is one of the most beautiful in Sithonia, Trani Ammouda, is located 3km from the accommodation, while the center of the village with a supermarket, restaurants and cafes is about 200m away.

It is a house on the upper ground floor that can host four people. In the living room with the kitchen there is a sofa for two people, while in the bedroom there is a double bed.

The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer, a large stove, a washing machine, a kettle and necessary dishes. The bathroom has an enclosed shower area with a curtain. A table and chairs are available to the guests in front of the entrance on the private veranda.

The house is air-conditioned, it has TV, internet, mosquito nets and a hair dryer.

Cleaning and changing of towels are done every two nights, while bed linen is changed every four nights.

The accommodation does not have private parking, but guests can park their vehicles on the street in front of the house.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
