The brand-new apartment complex “Le Grand Rêve” is located on the beautiful and quiet beach of Gerakini, on the second peninsula of Halkidiki Sithonia, 55 km from Thessaloniki airport.
It has been lovingly inspired by the owners, in order to offer its guests dreamy holidays. “Le Grand Rêve”, a French phrase meaning “The Great Dream“.
It consists of 8 modern apartments and suites, in a complex that has a communal pool for children and adults, reception, lounge, pool with pool bar. The complex is 70 meters from the beach.
The fresh and modern design along with the willingness of the owners to fulfil every wish of their visitors, make it unique. Every traveler wants to feel special, enjoying a personalized experience and this can be achieved at “Le Grand Rêve”.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
