Trikorfo Beach Apartment is a neat and spacious property located near Gerakini on Sithonia and is about 100m away from Trikorfo beach, making it an excellent choice if proximity to the beach is what you are looking for.
The nearest supermarket is about 2km away, and there are also restaurants nearby.
The studio is located on the low ground floor - the entrance is a few steps below ground level, and the balcony at the back of the building is at ground level with the courtyard.
The accommodation features a one-bedroom studio (70m2). At the entrance to the room, there is a kitchen with a dining area, one double bed, and one sofa bed for one person, while in a separate area there are two single beds. The bathroom has a shower.
In the dining area, there is air conditioning and a TV, and guests can use free WiFi, a hairdryer, a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a four-ring stove, a large oven, a fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.
There is also a veranda with a seating set overlooking the courtyard, where you can relax.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for hygiene during their stay. For reservations of seven nights or more, an additional set of towels and bed linen is provided, which guests change themselves. There is a mandatory cleaning fee for all reservations.
In this accommodation, pets are allowed upon request and for an additional fee. There is no private parking, but there is always plenty of parking space available near the accommodation, along the street or in public parking lots.
The owners can also provide a baby cot at no extra cost.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Postovani, mozete li mi reci koja je cena i da li je dostupan studio za 5 osoba u periodu od 7. do 17. avgusta. Takodje, sa nama bi boravio i pas - Francuski buldog (10kg). Hvala unapred.
