Karipis Bungalows are located in Astris, in big yard full of olive trees, far from the traffic and crowd. They are close to the beach Psili Ammos and few minutes drive away from Potos where you have shops, taverns and all the contents. Accommodation is ideal for families who want to enjoy quiet holiday.

Accommodation is located in Astris, some 150m from the city beach and Astrida beach is about 200 meters away.

One of the most beautiful sandy beaches on the island, Psiliamos, is at about 500m from the bungalows, while Potos is at approximately 5km. Distance from the first market is only about 100m.

Complex Karipis Bungalows consist of eight bungalows in a spacious yard. Each is designed for one family. They are at a sufficient distance from each other, so each one has enough privacy.

There are two slightly larger bungalows (30m2) in the first row of the yard. They are composed of a bedroom with one double anad a single bed, separated by a door from the room with a kitchen and a sofa bed. The other five bungalows (30m2) can accommodate 3-4 people. They have one double and a single bed and an armchair bed in the bedroom, while the kitchen in the other room.

One bungalow is available from season 2019. which is duplex and can accommodate 4 adults or 2 adults and three children. It has two bedrooms, each with double bed, two bathrooms and a kitchen with sofa.

Each bungalow has a bathroom, porch, kitchen, air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, mosquito nets and WiFi internet.

The bungalows are well maintained and cleaning, as well as replacement of bed linen and towels, is done after four days. If you want, you can clean by yourself, because there are accessories and cleaners in every bungalow.

In the large courtyard there are several toys for children, three barbecues, volleyball net and a private parking. Electrical bbq or electrical oven is not allowed.

The petrol station is 1km away.

Karipis Bungalows is an ideal choice if you’re looking for a quiet, family vacation, alone or with friends, in a place with an organized beach, several restaurants and two markets with basic groceries, fruit and vegetables.

Arriving from the direction of Prinos and Potos, at the very beginning of Astris, you’ll see the turn to the left off the main road toward bungalows. At the turn, there is a street sign labelled Karipis.

Karipis Bungalows are great as a base, situated in a spacious yard, full of olive trees, at a quiet place, away from traffic and crowds, yet close to town beach, near Psiliamos (one of the most beautiful sandy beaches) and at five minutes (of driving) from Potos which provides entertainment, promenade, shops and entertainment. Karipis Bungalows is an ideal accommodation for families who like to enjoy a quiet summer vacation. The beach is sandy on the coast, and with sandy and rocky parts in the water.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 15% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
