Everything deserves the highest rating, with the exception of the exceptionally beautiful sandy beach that has easy access to the water, which is polluted by guests with Balkan habits, and nobody cleans it occasionally. Prices at the beach bar are to be avoided, they are higher than in better restaurants in Potos. Fortunately, it occupies a smaller part of the beach.

We stayed at the accommodation in July 2023, in a unit with a capacity of 2 + 1. The lodging was excellent, featuring a spacious yard, parking, a barbecue, and proximity to the beach without any drawbacks. You can set up your umbrella on the beach. For shopping or a stroll, it takes 10 minutes to reach Potos and 14 minutes to Limenarija. The hosts are very hardworking and fair.

A beautiful, charming, and tidy accommodation located in a spacious yard, providing tranquility for those who seek it... The hygiene is satisfactory; however, our only issue in this regard was the ants in the kitchen, which we could not eliminate during our entire ten-day stay, as well as the unpleasant, musty odor emanating from the kitchen cabinets, likely due to some moisture problem. Nearby, there is a clean, lovely beach, not overly crowded, with a nice beach bar. I would not choose this accommodation again, as I believe the price-to-quality ratio is inadequate. Additionally, the place Astris is almost deserted; for anything you need (be it shopping, dining, or strolling), you must start your car and drive to Potos. One more note: for the first time in fifteen years of vacationing throughout Greece, I have no kind words for the accommodation owners (and I consider myself quite an undemanding tourist). Furthermore, I am not fond of the concept under which Nikana operates, as when a problem arises, they have no responsibility (payments do not go through their account) nor moral obligation to protect you as a guest; you are simply left to your own devices and the whims of the owner.

The Karipis bungalows are situated in a stunning location. Nestled in an olive grove, shaded and with parking spaces available, the beach is just across the street, and everything is exceptionally clean. The only drawback might be the cramped space; the rooms are small for four beds. However, this is easily overlooked when one experiences the kindness and beauty of the place. It is a destination that comes highly recommended.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the bungalow in Karipis. Complete privacy, we had everything we needed at our disposal. The bed linens and towels were changed every 4 to 5 days. The hostess kindly welcomed us, handed over the keys, and left us to enjoy our accommodation. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary, modest yet sufficient. The greatest advantage (besides the yard where you can enjoy tranquility) is the proximity to the beach - just across the street, which is more than enough when you're tired from exploring the island or simply do not wish to experiment with other beaches. In front of the bungalow, there is a private shower, which is extremely useful upon returning from the beach. In the evening, you can listen to the waves from the terrace... the daily routine is respected and there is no noise. It is only a 5.6-minute drive from Potos if you crave a more dynamic atmosphere, but for us, peace was essential during our vacation, and that is precisely what we found here. Nearby, there is a decently equipped market, and on the beach, an excellent bar named Marley, which is more affordable compared to other bars... as well as a tavern where you can indulge in Greek specialties. If we return to Thassos, this accommodation will once again be our choice.

A beautiful accommodation, tidy and clean. The courtyard is very well maintained. The bungalows are separate, each offering its own privacy. Peace and quiet are ever-present. An excellent beach is located across the street, where you can enjoy yourself until the evening hours; the sun sets late, making the afternoons delightful. Additionally, there are two more beautiful and well-known beaches nearby, making the location of the bungalows outstanding! We had a truly lovely, albeit short, vacation as the slots were fully booked. Highly recommend this accommodation!

The accommodation is truly situated in a beautiful location, within a large, wonderfully landscaped courtyard. Cleaning and linen replacement are carried out regularly, and the owners are kind, pleasant, and unobtrusive. A perfect place for a genuine retreat!

Extremely satisfied. Beautiful courtyard and terrace, comfortable apartment. Peace and a true vacation for the children and us. We met wonderful people here. The children enjoyed socializing and playing in the courtyard. The accommodation is very close to the lovely Astrida beach with clear water and no crowds. Everything was beautiful. All praise for the Karipis bungalows. Impeccably clean, each bungalow has an outdoor shower to wash off the sand, and the bed linens and towels are changed twice. The rooms are spacious, and the yard is utterly charming. I believe everyone has their privacy. The location is ideal for what we wanted, and for those wishing to explore the island, it doesn't matter where they are situated.

Excellent accommodation. The bungalows offer everything you need for a perfect vacation. The owners are friendly, unobtrusive, and very open to any questions. The surroundings are filled with olive trees and flowers that are well cared for. The experience is much more beautiful in person than in pictures. An excellent accommodation for those who value having a yard while on vacation.

I spent 10 nights in this accommodation with my family in August/September. I am extremely satisfied with the lodging. It is an excellent choice for families with small children, highly recommended. Everything was as it should be, and the beautiful yard with facilities for children is a significant advantage.

The accommodation is satisfactory, and the landlady is kind and courteous. The location is excellent, peaceful, and quiet, close to a beautiful beach. The only downside to everything is you from the agency!

In July, we stayed in the Caripis bungalows with our two children aged 3 and 9, along with friends, and we had a wonderful time! We received everything that was promised, and we needed nothing more for a perfect vacation. The hosts are kind and unobtrusive, always available when needed; each bungalow offers its own intimacy, parking is in the shade, and there is an outdoor shower right in front, while the children have plenty of space to play. We grilled three times, and if you enjoy that kind of vacation, this place is fantastic! It’s peaceful, and if you need a stroll, Potos and Limenarija are just 5 km away. The beach is very beautiful. Although there are pebbles in the water, it is always clear and uncrowded. We enjoyed every afternoon there, while in the mornings we explored other beaches. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, though one larger knife would be useful. Overall, we hardly noticed the kids as they played with other children from the yard, allowing us to relax. Until now, we have always stayed in 4-star hotels, but we prefer this type of vacation. The accommodation is not luxurious, but it is clean and well-maintained, relaxing, and this has been our best holiday so far!

Our family (mom, dad, and three children aged 13, 3, and 3) spent the first half of August 2013 in the Karipis bungalows. We were extremely satisfied with the accommodation, and here are our reasons. The bungalows are very beautiful, clean, and spacious. We spent most of our time on the large terrace, furnished with chairs, loungers, and a table, in the shade. The yard is spacious, adorned with well-kept flowers, olive trees, and palms. You can let your little ones play outside without worry while you relax on the terrace. There is also a shower on the terrace that our kids adored. The hosts are friendly yet unobtrusive, which is just the right balance. The beach is just a two-minute walk away; one half is occupied by a café, while the other is free. The shore has small pebbles, and the water has somewhat larger stones. The water is clean, although it can occasionally be windy. Psili Amos beach is just a few minutes' drive away, and you can walk there if you have older children. Potos is a ten-minute drive away if you desire a larger area, while Astris is a small Greek village. Two shops where you can find everything you need are just five or ten minutes away on foot. We concluded that this type of accommodation is a much better option than traditional apartments, as it offers privacy and tranquility, and you can choose to socialize with neighbors if you wish. During our stay, we met families from Serbia, Greece, Romania, Bulgaria, and Italy, which speaks for itself.

We stayed in charming bungalows from August 14th to 24th and were truly delighted with the accommodation. Since we have a two-year-old child, it was very important for us to have a yard and space for play, which was abundant there, not to mention the peace and quiet. The accommodation looks even better in person than on the website. All in all, as far as I’m concerned, it comes highly recommended.

My wife, our two children (aged 1.5 and 4 years), and I chose a four-bed bungalow in the second half of June 2013, featuring a lovely yard where the children delighted in swings, a merry-go-round, and various other toys, as well as playing with other kids.

I spent ten days with a friend in a double bungalow at the Karipis complex. Everything we were told was accurate down to the last detail, and the bungalows in nature look even more beautiful than in the pictures. The bungalows are sufficiently spaced apart, ensuring that no one disturbs anyone else. In the courtyard, there are several stone tables with grills, allowing larger groups to truly enjoy themselves. The entire courtyard is surrounded by olive trees, providing plenty of shade, and next to each bungalow, there is also enough space to park cars in the shade of the olives... simply beautiful! The beach is so close that you can step directly from your morning coffee into the water. There are no crowds on the beach, and the sea is crystal clear. We appreciated that it is a bit removed from populated areas, making it peaceful and quiet, yet still close enough to Potos and Limenaria (about a 10-minute drive, so you can choose!). Two markets are more than sufficient for supplies.

We stayed in the Karipis bungalows from July 23rd to August 1st with another family. Regarding the accommodation, everything was in order, and we were very satisfied. Primarily because it is a small place (you will save money if you go with children :)), the beach is very close, which was extremely important to us, even though we explored the island for the first few days. We also liked that there is a large yard, as the children had a place to play when they weren't at the beach, especially since there is also a small playground for kids and a grill. All in all, it was lovely. Everything was clean and tidy, and the linens and towels were changed every five days, as promised. Evi was very kind, just like her parents.

I stayed with my family at the beginning of July in Thassos, at Astris Bungalows. We were extremely satisfied with the accommodation in the bungalows, as well as their location and surroundings. The tranquility and peace make this place ideal for families with small children. After this wonderful experience with the bungalows, I would never rent a traditional apartment again. This was one of our more pleasant vacations.

We are an older married couple who stayed at the Karipis bungalows in early July 2012. We were extremely satisfied with the accommodation and the behavior of the owners.
