Hotel Description

Ground Villa is located in Kalamitsi, a small and peaceful village in the southernmost part of Sithonia, 180m away from the beach of the same name, which is sandy. Along the beach, just a few minutes’ walk from the accommodation, there are mini markets, taverns and bars.

The apartment with a ground-floor entrance is intended to accommodate up to four adults and two children. It consists of two bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed and a single bed, while in the living room with a kitchen, there is a sofa bed for one person.

Guests have at their disposal an air conditioning unit in the living room that can cool the entire apartment, a smart TV, WiFi internet, a washing machine, a kitchen equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer, a stove with four burners and a large oven.

Guests can spend warm summer days on the balcony furnished with seating set, which is, due to the sloping terrain configuration, at the level of a high ground floor.

In the enclosed yard with natural shade, children have access to a swing and a wooden house with a slide, while adults have the opportunity to prepare barbecue with family and friends.

Pets are allowed to stay in this accommodation with prior arrangement with the owners.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay, while the change of bed linen and towels is done once in eight days.

Parking is available on site for guests.

Thessaloniki International Airport is located 143km away, while the village of Sikia is 10km away.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 40% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
