Description
Tatiana's Apartment is an orderly and decent property in a peaceful environment located in the heart of Metamorfosis, just a few minutes' walk from the beach, making it an excellent choice if proximity to the beach is what you are looking for.
The beach is approximately 300m away and only about 50 meters from shops, taverns, and cafes.
It features a one-bedroom apartment (37m2) located on the first floor, with two single beds in the bedroom, and a sofa for two in the kitchen area. The accommodation is air-conditioned, and guests have access to a TV, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, washing machine, mosquito nets, a kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils, a stove with four ceramic hobs and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, and a kettle. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain. It also has a balcony furnished with a seating set where you can relax.
Small pets are allowed in this accommodation, with prior arrangement with the owners. If you need a baby cot, they can provide one for you. As for parking, there is no private parking, but you can park in front of the accommodation or in the surrounding streets.
Guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the accommodation during their stay, and they have access to additional sets of bed linen and towels that they can wash in the machine.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
