Owner description
Tatiana's Apartment is located in the center of the village of Metamorfosi, on the western side of the Sithonia peninsula and 300m from the beach.
The apartment on the first floor is available, with a capacity to accommodate up to two adults and two children, containing two single beds in the bedroom, while in the kitchen area there is a sofa for two people.
Upon request, a baby crib is available at no extra cost.
Within this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to a TV, Wi-Fi internet, hairdryer, washing machine, mosquito nets, a kitchen equipped with a stove with four ceramic hobs and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, and a kettle. The bathroom features a shower with a curtain.
On warm summer days, with a view of the courtyard, guests can relax on the balcony furnished with a seating set.
Small pets are allowed in this accommodation, with prior arrangement with the owners and at no additional cost.
Guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the accommodation during their stay, and they have access to additional sets of bed linen and towels that they can wash in the machine.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Apartman se nalazi u stambenoj zgradi u prizemlju.Terasa je lepa i ide u G po celoj dužini stana. Dečija soba je veća i udobna,kuhinja je odlična, jedino dvosed u kuhinji kad se otvori, ne može se izaći na terasu, kao i iz druge sobe jer krevet blokira izlaz. Krevet zauzima skoro ceo prostor za kretanje po kuhinji,t.j. mora da se zatvara. Pet frendli je, ali ne može da se pušta kuče u dvorište. Kupatilo je jako malo, tuširanje u ćošku pored wc šilje. Klima radi, wifi je odličan. Sudova i šerpi ima i previše. Nisam videla mašinu za veš, naznačeno je da je ima u apartmanu..Centar mesta je na samo par koraka.. Do plaže par minuta..
