Nestled between Metamorfosi and Nikiti on the stunning Sithonia peninsula, it is located just 290 meters from the sea, accessible via a scenic path through a dense pine forest. This quiet and secluded location, surrounded by greenery and natural shade, offers an ideal retreat away from the summer crowds. And if you ever crave a livelier atmosphere, the vibrant town of Nikiti is only 5 km away.

This property is a three-level maisonette designed to accommodate up to five adults. The ground floor features a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom. The first floor consists of a bedroom and an additional bathroom. An internal staircase from the bedroom leads to the attic, where there is an open gallery with a sleeping area. The bedroom is furnished with a single bed, the open gallery has a double bed, while the living room features a sofa bed suitable for two people.

A baby cot is available free of charge upon request.

This air-conditioned accommodation, with the air conditioning unit located in the bedroom, offers free WiFi, a TV, a fan, a hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove featuring two ceramic hobs, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave oven, a washing machine, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a dishwasher.

Guests can relax on the sun loungers in the small yet carefully landscaped courtyard while enjoying the view of the pine trees and the scent of nature. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Guests are responsible for cleaning the maisonette themselves. Bed linen and towels, provided for stays longer than ten days, are also changed by the guests.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
