Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Lina Villa is situated in the village of Metamorfosi, on the western coast of Sithonia, just 120 meters from the beach. This accommodation is an ideal choice for those seeking a peaceful environment and wishing to enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of a small family place.
The apartment is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to four adults. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa for two people. All rooms have access to a balcony.
Upon request, a baby crib is available at no extra cost.
