Discount
For reservations for period from 23.05.2026 to 02.10.2026, for stays of 14 nights and more, discount of 5 % of total reservation is allowed.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description

The offer includes triple and quadruple studios, as well as quadruple apartments. The triple studios are located on the elevated ground floor and can accommodate up to three adults. They feature a double bed and a single bed. The quadruple studios are located on the first or second floor and can accommodate up to four adults, offering a double bed and bunk beds.
All apartments are intended for up to four adults and are located on the first, second, or third floor. Each apartment includes a sleeping area with a kitchen and one separate bedroom. Apartments with a side sea view have a double bed and a sofa for two people, while those with a direct sea view have a double bed and bunk beds. The attic apartment, located at the level of the third floor, has two joined single beds and two separate single beds.
All units have one bathroom.
