Family House is located in the peaceful place of Metamorfosi, 350 meters from the beach. The property is surrounded by lush greenery, creating a perfectly tranquil environment for relaxation and enjoyment, ideal for a stay with family or friends.

The ground floor apartment can accommodate up to five adults. It consists of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has two single beds, and the living room includes a sofa for one person.

This air-conditioned accommodation offers guests free WiFi, TV, a fan in one bedroom, a hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with a four-ring stove and large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, and an electric kettle.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 25% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
