Ksenia Apartment is accommodation in the first row to the beach in Nea Mudanja. The apartment is renovated and fully equipped, with a capacity of up to six people. If you are looking for quality accommodation close to an organized beach, then Ksenia is the right choice.

The center is about 750m away, while the nearest larger market is about 850m from the accommodation.

In the living room there is a corner sofa, a coffee table and a TV. The living room is connected to the kitchen, which is equipped with all the necessary dishes, has a large stove, a large refrigerator with a freezer, an electric kettle and a microwave oven. From the kitchen/living room there is access to the terrace, which has a side view of the sea. One bedroom has a double bed, and the other has a sofa bed for two people. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain.

The apartment has mosquito nets on the windows and balcony doors, is air-conditioned and has internet.

A parking space is provided.

Guests take care of the hygiene of the apartment themselves and have an additional set of bed linen and towels at their disposal, which they can change themselves during their stay.

The apartment is excellent, clean, and comfortable. The beach is just 20 meters away from the apartment. The owners are exceptionally kind. Highly recommended!

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 20 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
