Our description

Village Mare Hotel is located near Metamorfosi resort, not far from the coast, surrounded by Mediterranean greenery, palm and olive trees. With its offer, service and amenities it'll satisfy the needs of the most demanding guests in terms of relaxation, entertainment or recreation. All Inclusive service, swimming pools, private beach, children's club and animation, organized sports activities, kind and friendly staff and private parking are just some of the numerous amenities provided by this hotel.

The hotel is located outside Metamorfosi, 100m away from the beach and 2km away from the city center - where you will find several tourist shops, taverns, pastry shops, cafes and restaurants. Mini-market is available within the hotel.

The complex has 134 accommodation units for 2-5 people and depending on their needs, guests can choose between rooms, maisonettes and apartments.

Double rooms (21-22m2) have one double and one sofa bed, and their maximum capacity is 2-3 people. Superior rooms are a bit more spacious (25-27m2), they can accommodate 2-3 people and they have one double and one sofa bed.

There are two types of apartments, smaller (32-35m2) and larger (42-45m2). The capacity of the smaller apartment is four adults, two adults and three children, or three adults and two children. In smaller apartments there is one double bed in the bedroom and two sofa beds in the living room. These apartments have no kitchen, but only a small fridge. The capacity of the larger apartments is up to five adults and these accommodation units have a kitchen equipped with hotplates and fridge, a bedroom with one double bed and a living room with two single beds and one sofa bed.

Maisonette (34-36m2) consists of a lower (22-24m2) and upper level (12m2) reached by internal wooden stairs. On the lower level, there's one sofa bed and two single beds or one sofa bed and two bunk beds, while the upper level has one double bed. Its capacity is two adults and three children.

All apartments, rooms and maisonettes have a private, spacious porch or terrace with sitting set, mini-fridge, electric kettle, internet, telephone, satellite TV, air conditioning and mosquito nets. There are wardrobes, mirrors, hairdryer and a safe deposit box (additionally charged). On request, it's possible to get a baby cot completely free, and small pets are allowed on request as well. The bathrooms have a shower cabin or bathtub. Room maintenance is done every day, while the replacement of bed linen and towels is performed after every 2-3 days.

The complex also has three swimming pools, and one of them is adapted to children. Sunbeds and sun umbrellas around the pool are free for guests of the hotel. The reception is open 24/7 and the amenities include Greek restaurant, bar, TV room, children's playground and animators, sports activities (table tennis, billiards, beach volleyball, darts and water polo), organized Greek evenings and international live music. Just in case, there's a doctor's office available. Also, the parking space is guaranteed.

All Inclusive service includes three meals, two snacks, drinks in the restaurant and a bar, as well as coffee and ice cream. The services are time-limited (6:45-23:00) and they include unlimited consumption of domestic and local drinks (ouzo, retsina etc.), hot chocolate, coffee and tea. The meals are based on a buffet and served in the dining room with a pool view.

From the Metamorfosi center head to direction of Gerakini, following the street by the sea, and then turn right after you pass the Sunny Bay camping.

Village Mare 4* is an all inclusive hotel located in Metamorfosi Chalkidiki Greece. It is the perfect destination where you and your family will spend unforgettable moments of relaxation and fun. It is only 2 km away from the village of Metamorfosi, 85 km from Macedonia airport in Thessaloniki and the beach is only 95 meters from the hotel. Harmonized in the natural environment, the hotel stretches in over 20.000sqm of land with lush gardens, tall palm trees and olive trees, crystal-clear swimming pools, outdoor sauna and a playground.

The complex consists of 11 buildings of exquisite architecture and aesthetics beautifully structured and positioned in the area creating the feeling of a small village, with 134 rooms and its shared facilities. Our visitors can choose between different room types, according to their needs.

A fantastic gastronomic world awaits you to taste it, with theme nights created by our Chef in the main buffet of ELIA restaurant, as well as a variety of snacks you can choose from in between your meals.

The All inclusive is valid from 10:00 to 23:00. After this time, any
consumption will be in accordance with the charges in the hotel's
price lists.
At the Pool Bar we offer selected local alcoholic and non-alcoholic
beverages *, jeans, vodka, rum, whiskey, brandy, various cocktails,
draft beer, draft wine (white, red, rosé), retsina, ouzo, aperitifs (cold
or hot), soft drinks, juices, ice creams, tap water .

Snack bar
The snack buffet is open between meals - from
11:20 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 18:00 (in the
lower restaurant)

• A lunch basket for excursions is available, (sandwich, fruit, cake, cookies, bread sticks, and a small bottle of water). We take
orders daily until 20:00h at the hotel reception one day before.
• Continental breakfast is also served early in the morning for early departures.

depending on local weather conditions and the hotel’s seasonality.

ALL-INCLUSIVE REGULATIONS
Your "All-Inclusive" privileges start at 13:00 on your arrival’s day and finish at 12:00 on your departure’s day.
The All Inclusive is valid from 07:30 to 23:00, for alcoholic drinks from 10:00 to 23:00. After the end of the day, any consumption is in accordance with the charges in the hotel's price lists.
Your "All-Inclusive" bracelet is mandatory and must be wear it - or to be constantly shown.
All beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, are strictly for personal use and are served one each time. Drinking alcohol is strictly forbidden for children under 18 years of age.
Meals, drinks and services are only allowed for your personal use, you can enjoy an unlimited amount of meals and drinks in the restaurant or in the bar, but you are not allowed to transfer the offered species outside of the premises where they are served.
The Management has the right to withhold the “All-Inclusive” status of customers whose behaviour is inconsiderate, disruptive and/or abusive towards other guests and our staff. In addition, rights will be waived if clients offer or share their personal privileges with non “All-Inclusive” guests. We trust that you exercise your “All-Inclusive” privileges with respect, and in moderation.

Entertainment activities
Metamorfosi Village Mare Hotel organizes international and Greek live musical evenings once or twice a week in the central square of the
hotel (pool bar area), all guests are invited to have fun - participate in
these evenings.

Activities for our little friends
The animation team of the Hotel organizes daily, morning andafternoon activities for children from 4 to 12* years of age. All activities take place only at the outside, common areas of the hotel, taking all precautionary measures under the supervision of fully trained and experienced staff. Children enjoy moments of joy and fun.
