Vaso Studios is a simply furnished accommodation complex located on a sloped terrain above the stadium in Neos Marmaras. The property’s location allows guests to reach all key amenities on foot easily, the town center, shops, restaurants, and the Blue Flag-awarded town beach, which is just 200 meters away.

The complex offers studios designed to accommodate up to three adults. The double studios have two separate single beds that can be joined if needed. The triple studio features a double bed and an additional single bed. Studios are distributed across the ground floor, first, and second floors.

All units are air-conditioned and provide access to free Wi-Fi. Guests also have a TV and a hairdryer at their disposal, adding to the basic comfort during their stay. Each studio includes a kitchenette suitable for preparing simple meals, equipped with a two-burner stove and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

Whether you prefer a breezy morning coffee or a relaxing evening, every unit has a balcony or veranda furnished with a seating set. The view depends on the location, some overlook the sea partially, while others face the picturesque surroundings.

A major perk of this accommodation is its pet-friendly policy. Guests are welcome to bring their four-legged companions along, so there’s no need to worry about pet care while on holiday.

During their stay, guests are responsible for the cleanliness of their units. This ensures full freedom to plan each day without any imposed cleaning schedules. Each studio comes with clean sets of bed linen and towels that guests can change as they wish.

Finding a parking spot is not too much of a challenge. While private parking is not provided, guests can park along the street directly in front of the property or very nearby, ensuring convenience and a smooth start to their vacation.

Neos Marmaras, one of the largest and most vibrant tourist centers on Sithonia, is the perfect place for anyone looking to combine relaxation and activity. Its center is filled with taverns, restaurants, cafés, and various shops. The main town beach stands out with its long stretch of sand and shallow waters, ideal for families. Surrounded by pine forests and olive groves, it offers stunning views toward the Toroneos Gulf and Kelyfos Island. Nearby is the famous Porto Carras Grand Resort, and it’s worth visiting the authentic village of Parthenonas, perched above the town, offering unreal views and a unique traditional atmosphere. About 20 km further south lies Toroni, known for its long sandy beach and ancient ruins. Thessaloniki Airport is approximately 110 km away.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
