Accommodation description

Vaso Studios is a simply furnished accommodation complex located on a sloped terrain above the stadium in Neos Marmaras. The property’s location allows guests to reach all key amenities on foot easily, the town center, shops, restaurants, and the Blue Flag-awarded town beach, which is just 200 meters away.

The offered studios are intended for accommodation of a maximum of three adults. Double studios contain two separate beds for one person, which can be joined if necessary. The three-bed studio is equipped with a double bed and a single bed for one person. The studios are located on the ground floor (no. 1, 2 and 3), on the first (no. 8) and second floor (no. 10, 11, 12 and 13). The two-bed studios (1 and 3) on the ground floor are about 20 square meters, while number 2 is smaller, i.e. about 17. Due to the specifics of the terrain, it seems as if studio number 8 has a balcony in the semi-basement, even though it is on the first floor.

All units are air-conditioned and have access to free WiFi. Guests also have a TV and hair dryer at their disposal, which contributes to basic comfort during their stay. Each studio has a kitchenette, suitable for preparing simple meals, equipped with a two-burner stove and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

Whether you want morning coffee with the breeze or evening relaxation, each unit has a balcony or veranda equipped with seating. The view depends on the position - from the three-bed units on the second floor there is a partial view of the sea and the stadium, while the other units overlook the picturesque surroundings and the street.

A major perk of this accommodation is its pet-friendly policy. Guests are welcome to bring their four-legged companions along, so there’s no need to worry about pet care while on holiday.

During their stay, guests are responsible for the cleanliness of their units. This ensures full freedom to plan each day without any imposed cleaning schedules. Each studio comes with clean sets of bed linen and towels that guests can change as they wish.

Finding a parking spot is not too much of a challenge. While private parking is not provided, guests can park along the street directly in front of the property or very nearby, ensuring convenience and a smooth start to their vacation.

Neos Marmaras, one of the largest and most vibrant tourist centers on Sithonia, is the perfect place for anyone looking to combine relaxation and activity. Its center is filled with taverns, restaurants, cafés, and various shops. The main town beach stands out with its long stretch of sand and shallow waters, ideal for families. Surrounded by pine forests and olive groves, it offers stunning views toward the Toroneos Gulf and Kelyfos Island. Nearby is the famous Porto Carras Grand Resort, and it’s worth visiting the authentic village of Parthenonas, perched above the town, offering unreal views and a unique traditional atmosphere. About 20 km further south lies Toroni, known for its long sandy beach and ancient ruins. Thessaloniki Airport is approximately 110 km away.

Terrible experience, broken bed, nobody showed up for 9 days to fix the problem, the studio is dark, neglected and dirty, we waited a very long time to enter the studio with a small baby

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
