Our description
One of the most popular accommodations for Neos MarmarasAggeliki House is located near the center of Neos Marmaras, on the heights above the city crowd and bustle. It is a little bit older, but still a very decent building. Accommodation units are furnished modestly, but with all that is necessary for a pleasant stay.
Beach in Paradisos area is in about 700m, while the city beach is one kilometer far away. The city center and rich tourist offer are in just 300m away, and the closest supermarket and bakery at 250m.
Accommodation has six accommodation units in total, four studios and two apartments.
The apartments are for four-five people, they are located on the ground floor, and consist of two separate rooms. In one room there are two single beds and kitchenette, and in the separate bedroom there is a TV and two more single beds. An extra bed can be added as needed, and the apartments in that case can accommodate five persons. They have large terraces on the back side of the accommodation, and the building is under the slop so ground floor from the street side is actually the first floor on the other side.
On the first floor there are two studios for three persons, they are with three single beds and a side sea view, as well as one studio for two with a double bed, and one four-person studio with one double bed and two single beds.
Accommodation units have a fully equipped kitchen with hot plate and fridge with a small freezer, WiFi, TV and air conditioning. Balconies are equipped with a seating furniture and a tumble dryer, and bathrooms have a showertray without a curtain. The building does not have mosquito nets.
Pets are allowed. Baby cot is available on request. Towels and sheets are changed after four nights, while guests themselves take care of the hygiene and cleanliness of their accommodation units. Laundry service is charged three euros.
The facility has no yard, but guests can park their cars on the street around the accommodation without any problems.
If you are comming, turn off the main road to Neos Marmaras, than just continue forward, and after you pass the pharmacy you should turn into the first street to the left. Aggeliki House is located right next to the Hellenic Coast Guard facility.
Accommodation is recommended to less demanding guests who are looking for affordable accommodation near the city center and Neos Marmaras tourist offer.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Potrebna su nam dva apartmana za dve porodice u periodu od 01.08 do 11.08. Jedna porodica ima dete od 3 godine, a druga dvoje dece od 2 i 8 godina. Moze da se poneri datum dolaska za koji dan, nije problem, ako nema slobodnih smestaja u pomenutom terminu.
