Our description
Risos Haus is located in Toroni, below the main road, at a distance of 900m from the beach and the city center where you can find a supermarket.
The accommodation has studios (25m2) on the first and on the second floor. In the triple classic studios there are one double bed and a sofa and they are four in total, while the quadruple studios have one double bed and a folding sofa for two persons and they are too four in total. The price of the studio depends by persons staying in them (adults and children or only adults).
Studios have fully equipped kitchen (small refrigerator with freezer compartment, hot plate and necessary dishes), bathroom with a curtain and the shower-tub, internet, TV, air conditioning, mosquito nets and hairdryer. Some studios have garden view, and some have a garden and swimming pool view. Cleaning is done daily, and the replacement of bed sheets and towels every three days.
Guests can get a baby cot on request. The use of the washing machine is charged extra, and the owners also rent bikes.
In a spacious, enclosed yard with plenty of natural shade, there's a swimming pool, mini bar, private parking, outdoor shower, barbecue and children's playground.
Risos Haus is a good choice for those who want to spend their holiday in quiet and safe accommodation, full of features for children and adults.

Owners description
In Toroni, one of the most beautiful places in Halkidiki, there's a marvellous area, ideal for relaxing vacation and personal relaxation. The hotel is named Haus Risos, placed 18km after Marmaras. Haus Risos is a group of studio rooms, among olive trees, pine trees and grapes in between an area of 6000m2. It is lying close to the central road, a fact that means that the way to the beach can be done by feet, with a car, by bicycle or motorbike. The distance is about 500m.
Rooms are with a view of the sea and the mountains. The rooms have a kitchen, refrigerator, bathroom, air-condition and television. The balconies are comfortable and you can take your breakfast or drink your coffee there. There is plenty of space for parking, a beautiful garden and a mini bar. What really makes these rooms special, is the feeling of comfort and personal service that every visitor has during his/her accommodation as Haus Risos is a familiar enterprise that is providing services to tourists more than 15 years.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
