Description
Risos Haus is situated in Toroni, below the main road, at a distance of 900m from the beach and the city center where you can also find a supermarket. It is a modernly designed accommodation with a pool, nestled in a spacious courtyard, offering studios with a capacity of up to four people.
The studios (25m2) are spread across the first and second floor. The triple classic studios feature one double bed and one extra bed, totaling four of them, while the quadruple studios have one double bed and a sofa bed for two, with a total of four units. The pricing is determined based on whether the studio is occupied by adults and children or only adults.
The studios are equipped with a kitchen (small fridge with freezer compartment, stove with two burners, kettle, and necessary cookware), a bathroom with a shower cabin without a curtain, internet, TV, air conditioning, mosquito nets, and a hairdryer. Some studios offer a view of the courtyard, while others overlook the courtyard and the pool.
Upon request, guests can be provided with a baby cot. The use of the washing machine comes at an additional cost, and the owners also rent out bicycles per day.
Cleaning is done on a daily basis, with bed linen and towels changed every three days.
In the spacious, fenced courtyard with plenty of natural shade, there is a pool, a mini bar, private parking space, an outdoor shower, seating sets, swings, a barbecue, and facilities for children.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
