Hotel Description

Risos Haus is situated in Toroni, below the main road, at a distance of 900m from the beach and the city center where you can also find a supermarket. It is a modernly designed accommodation with a pool, nestled in a spacious courtyard, offering studios with a capacity of up to four people.

There are three-bed and four-bed studios on offer, located on the first and second floors. The studios consist of a bathroom and a kitchenette, which includes a double bed and a sofa for one or two people.

Studios are equipped with a kitchen (small fridge with freezer compartment, stove with two burners, kettle, and necessary cookware), a bathroom with a shower cabin without a curtain, internet, TV, air conditioning, mosquito nets, and a hairdryer. Some studios offer a view of the courtyard, while others overlook the courtyard and the pool.

Upon request, guests can be provided with a baby cot. The use of the washing machine comes at an additional cost, and the owners also rent out bicycles per day.

Cleaning is done on a daily basis, with bed linen and towels changed every three days.

In the spacious, fenced courtyard with plenty of natural shade, there is a pool, a mini bar, private parking space, an outdoor shower, seating sets, swings, a barbecue, and facilities for children.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
